What @BTCevo meant by max payout is how much max payout from site allows you to win in a bet. In this case, he should look it on Wolfbet FAQ since it's already stated on there

I just registered on this site and I found out that this site is pretty lag enough for my mobile playing. Like when I want to set some amount to play. As I know random number generators are used in any computing algorithm that needs a random number,,, but anyway yes, good question. If you already have provably fair and it works, why is it needed a separate RNG?

I don't think so, if there is no local chatrooms, and only one chatroom, that should be an international one. Additionally, international chatroom should restrict with English, only. If an international chatroom is the place opens for all people, all languages, it will look crazy. Chatroom is always a most crowded and fastly moving environment (message moves up per second), so it will be crazy to have multiple languages in only one chatroom.

Agree. By now, just have restriction on global chatroom. Only English is acceptable. Violates it with non-English chitchat will results in temporary bans. Over time, if there are reasons (requests from community, from stats of users globally), the Wolf.bet team might consider to open local chatroooms (with mods, of course). More chatrooms mean their team have to allocate more moderators for chatrooms, each chatroom, for each language has to have at least one moderator. Because chatrooms are the most spamming, crazy places in gambling sites.
