Lastly, just to make it clear, for your future reference, and to reiterate, it was not the casino that took a [relatively] long time to perform an investigation, it's the provider. Thus, avoiding the casino as you mentioned two posts above made little to no sense. It won't make much difference whether you play on this casino or other --probably bigger ones-- if the provider asks for investigation, they'll have to comply and let the provider take as long as they need to finish the investigation

I received the money a few minutes ago, to be fair I'll post it on the forum.
those who said they were an honest casino were right, even if it took four days
in the end they proved to be honest.

update (after three days):

I spoke to customer care via chat and they told me that their dedicated team hasn't responded yet.
I honestly think it's unacceptable that my money is being held for so long, if they want to do checks
they can do them, but there has to be an acceptable time frame.
Even if I get paid, I still find it ridiculous and therefore a casino to avoid (as far as I'm concerned).

I know this sucks OP, but there is nothing you or they can do at this point but wait for the game provider to finish their checks, and I also assure you as others did, you will get your money as long as everything checks out, WOLF.BET has been around since 2019 and their reputation is one of the best ones in this space.

I have notified Wolf.Bet and honestly, that`s the most honest gambling operation I`ve ever come across - they are waiting to hear back from the game provider, it`s as simple as that. It`s the weekend, so please give them some time, as inconvenient as it may be. I guarantee you, OP, that you will get your funds if everything is OK.

Though they've not being online for months, I'll try notifying their representative and made them aware about this issue, but I doubt that they can do a lot about it. As nicely explained, the one doing investigation is the game provider, it's out of their hand, all they can do is pursuing the provider to finish the investigation.

Rest assured that if you do everything is within the line, they will not confiscate your winning.

Come on dude, even there were some issues happening at BC.Game as well as on other reputable casinos but we need to see how the casino try to solve the issue. We cant judge a casino is a scam just because of a post of someone who claim to have an issue with the casino. Lets say what OP said is true where wolf.bet need more time to check his bets, is it something strange? Wolf.bet has been running for more than 3 years and it can be said that there is no significant accusation against them during these 3+ years, and I'm sure they wont put their reputation at a risk just for a thousand dollar.

Have played in Wolf.bet back in the years and nothing that I experience any delay in my withdrawals . I remember making big wins and try withdrawing right away but indeed all comes well.

I used to play in Wolf.bet platform and has no problem processing withdrawal with them.  You already had a conversation with the staff and they told you that your activity is under investigation.  If there is no exploits found in your gambling activity, I am sure they will process your withdrawal request.

Just like other replies stated, just be patient and wait for the investigation to finish.  As long as you are clean, you will get your money as soon as possible.

Hopefully you will not have to wait that long as most likely that case is an outlier, casinos want to resolve these kind of issues as quickly as possible, because if they do not then they know that once they pay you, most likely you will not come back due to the inefficient customer service you have received so far.

So as long as you have not violated their TOS, I am hopeful you will receive your payment within the time frame given by the customer support.

Played on wolf.bet a load and never had 1 issue. Didn't matter the amount I cashed out, was always paid pretty quick.

though they have On and Off signature campaign yet their reputation maintain good for long years now.
maybe waiting a little more will not hurt you and also prove them wrong that you did not

Hey mate according to what written on screenshot. They are telling the truth about the longer waiting for bets using 3rd party providers because the investigation is carried out by the 3rd party and not the casino itself so they are also waiting just like you. There’s a case like this in the past that took almost a month or more just to have a result from the game providers. The volume of customers from different casino makes the process slow so you really have no choice here than to wait.

I have an experience like this on Evolution Gaming which resulted to 2 weeks of waiting before they refund the money for my missing bet. The issue is very easy to resolve if they have few customers but the volume of pending tickets makes the process very slow. What the casino reps gave you is just an estimated date not an accurate date.




Also casino might take up to 6 months if they will investigate further your account for potential cheating aside from the 3rd party result. Just a heads up because this kind of issue is very slow to progress if your case has a clear indication of cheating for them.

I don't need a prophet to tell me that they are. Can you show us proof that they scammed you? 

You don't just rush calling people's business a scam without any substantial evidence. Last thing I know is that most of these casinos will carry out checks at any time and even ask for your KYC verification documents. If you do not like going through that, then avoid using online casinos at all and opt for the traditional ones.

Your assumption is wrong. I doubt if you use any online casino even.

It's definitely very annoying that when a person deposits money, the money arrives in the account instantly, when a person loses all the money they deposit at the casino because they played and lost everything, the casino doesn't ask for 24 hours to know why the person lost all their money. who deposited, but when the person deposits little and wins a lot and wants to withdraw, then the casino starts with meaningless excuses like the ones they are giving you. Honestly, this is the type of casino behavior that people should avoid. In my opinion, if they pay you, something that will be difficult because if it was their intention to pay you, they would have done it quickly, now they are taking time to organize the entire itinerary that will accuse you of having cheated or having too many bills

Well I don't think you are familiar with lots of casino that much, well I understand that this particular feeling is very irritating and annoying especially when the deposit doesn't require much checking but the withdrawal takes alot of time but still it's all part of the process as even the big and reputable casino do this especially crypto casino. Before ever depositing your fund in the first place you could have made good  research about the casino before depositing your funds.

Jumping to call the casino a scam  sites isn't really the best thing and seeing that the casino is still working and checking your profile is  good because you don't know what's the issue or if the fault is from your end.

To me I will not rush and start calling them scammer right away when they have not yet been proven to be one, every suspect still remains a suspect and not a criminal yet until they have been proven to be one, I will suggest to the op to listen the what the first person have advise to wait and see what their respond will be if they come up with some sort of excuse which does not make sense and other have to look into the matter with the evidence which both the accuser and accuse will present and majority see fault and scam scheme from the casino only then I think is wise to publicly call them out for scam.
