I think the odds are determined by the team's performance before the match but in the match, a good team can perform badly or have a bad day and the result can be otherwise.

I think that the Delhi Capitals women were under pressure right from the start of the match and they lose quick wickets that cause thier confidence loss very early in the match. After a reasonable start by Meg Lanning and Shafali Verma, who made an opening partnership of 64 runs, then we saw a batting collapse.

Sophie Molineux took three wickets while Shreyanka Patil took four wickets and it was because of the splendid bowling by the Royal Challengers Bangalore Women team that they were able to lift the Women IPL trophy.

The final is going to be played by RCB and the Capitals. This is going to be an interesting one. But I actually agree that RCB might not be able to win the final. The head-to-head competition has not been great for RCB against capitals. Of course it is a final and the chance of either team winning this match is 50/50. But I am definitely not confident about RCB. And even if we look at the last match, how did RCB win? They did not get a very good score. I will actually say that they were able to win just because the opponent performed really badly. So unless something unbelievable happens I think RCB is not winning the title.

By bad I meant they were not as they were in the tournament, chasing 135 runs was not a big task for them. They are one of the strongest teams in this tournament but in T20 a good team can get defeated. I found their efforts with the bat not up to what they are known for as a batting side. DC is a good team and I can say that the win that RCB got against MI was a fluke and it will surely not happen in the finals. I do think that DC should take the trophy of the second season of WPL, If RCB wins it then the management should start paying the girls more money than the boys.
