Indian men's team are leagues ahead of the women's team in the big ICC tournaments and history has proven that. Also, the women's team get way lower support and attention when compared to the men's team sadly.
Australia reign supreme in the big ICC tournaments(Male and Female) thanks to proper facilities provided to both by their country.
Especially in our subcontinent especially Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka these countries basically girls are not so perfect for cricket. Their body fitness is not suitable for cricket as it is suitable for girls in England, Australia and New Zealand.
Patronage and caring in cricket is more important than adjusting body fitness to cricket. As much as the management is strong in men's cricket in India, perhaps the management is not as strong in women's cricket, which is why women are lagging far behind in cricket. But in our case of Bangladesh the matter is different especially our women give much better cricket than men. So if our suggestion is to be accepted then we would suggest that women should be given more importance than men.
Women cricketers can also be brought up to a level but it will take time. When women see that they have a better chance in sports. They will be very enthusiastic about cricket when a career can be made. For this reason, along with the cricket organization, each country's cricket board should create a positive environment. So that women can think about cricket from childhood. They are encouraged to be cricketers.
If more women cricketers are produced then it will be easier to select good cricketers. Based on geographical location and environment, women in Asia cannot maintain the same level of fitness as Europeans. But everything is possible if you try. Where men's cricket is able to do well, women's will be able to do that, but it will certainly take time.
