Yes, the fifth match of the tri-series between Scotland Women's Team Papua New Guinea Women's Team and Netherlands Women's Team is going to be played today. In this tri-team series, the Netherlands women have been in the best position so far as they have played three matches against the opposition and won three matches. On the other hand, the opposite happened with Papua New Guinea as they played three matches and lost all three matches. But Scotland are still in a comfortable graveyard having already played two matches winning one and losing one. Their third match i.e. today they will face against weak Papua New Guinea. The performance of the Papua New Guinea women's team so far in this series looks like they are going to lose today's match against the Scotland women's team.

Scotland Women won the toss and elected to bowl which was the right decision. Scotland Women's bowlers bowled aggressively which saw Papua New Guinea Women bowl out for 133 runs. The Papua New Guinea women's batting line-up was very poor. Brenda Tau and Naoani Vare both batted well, besides no other batsman could perform well. Papua New Guinea Women set a target of 134 runs which was not enough in the OTI format. Scotland Women went into bat with a win target and won by 4 wickets. We are currently enjoying live streaming of the tri-series match between Scotland Women and Papua New Guinea Women. In today's match, Papua New Guinea women's team batted first, they started well but lost their wickets in the middle. As a result, their middle order batsmen could not bat well, the total collection of Papua New Guinea team is 133 runs in only 40.3 overs. These few runs in ODI format are really inconsistent as a game is very long in ODI format where more runs are needed if any team wants to fight against the opposition.

Yes, in start of game, I predict that TR-W team lost this game and they alos lost first wicket for 0 runs and this was bad sign for TR-W. Grace helped a little bit to score well and she made 36 runs in 24 balls and hitted five 4s. Real effort was shown by Brunt leader of team because she made 60 runs in 37 balls and hitted eight 4s and one 6s. This player played well where no one batted good and did not grab good runs for their team. TR-W made 155 runs target in 100 balls by losing 7 wickets. SB team chased down only 131 runs in 100 balls by losing 6 wickets remaining 21 runs left for chase but all balls finished. Mandhana helped a lot to team for win and made 42 runs but unfortunately, other not play well and her effort was not enough also. Congratulations SB team to win this game.

Agree that Sri Lankan women are strong but i think that Ireland women is a good team too. We don’t have to underestimate them because remember, the same way we were saying this that Sri Lanka men’s team has no chance of winning matches against India but we have seen even Sri Lanka won the ODI series when just recently the India team won the ODI World Cup 2024. Their loss against the Sri Lanka men’s team was not expected.
Coming back to the women's team, the Sri Lanka women's team has won the women’s Asia Cup. Overall, I want to say don’t underestimate Ireland women’s team because anything could happen today and in this series.

Trent Rockets women played first and posted 155 runs. Excellent batting by skipper Sciver Brunt who scored 60 runs on just 37 balls. Right, Denmark women sqaud has played total two matches today and first match was finished again Finland Women sqaud of Nordic Women T20 Cup and second one was played against Guernsey women squad. In both matches, Denmark women sqaud displayed amazing performance with both victories but in second match, Guernsey women squad made many trouble in front of their squad for securing victory and just 5 scores remain for achieving but sadly Guernsey women sqaud batted all overs. All batters from both sqauds batted normally and managed few scores but in bowling inning, Denmark women sqaud bowlers proved better than Guernsey women bowlers. Correct, In ODI matches,at least target should be 250 + if any team want to win the match. Today cricket is fast and new generation has more capable of giving big target,so every team should learn from their mistakes and the mistakes from the other teams and teams of other country. That was a low score match and Netherland team hardly won the match. We saw Papua New Guinea Women lower middle order flop and that's why Papua New Guinea team could not win this match .Papua New Guinea Women team should learn from this match and they should improve and in bowling and batting . Papua New Guinea were bowled out for 191 runs, now giving the Netherlands a target of 192 runs to win. Netherlands Women's team though is in good enough form to win today's match I think Netherlands Women's team will win very easily. Netherlands women's team has lost only three wickets and they have enough wickets at the moment so if they play well in the end then victory is assured. 130 runs in 31 overs with the loss of 3 wickets required 62 runs in just 19 overs to win which Netherlands Women's team can easily complete.

We don't Know much about the players of these teams and don't even know how they are performing but we have to watch their performance in this tournament.If we consider their differences by ranking, we can see that among these teams, Denmark is ahead as they are ranked 59th in the women's T20 rankings. On the other hand, Norway women's team is at number 63 and Estonia women's team is at number 71. Maybe the Denmark women's team is ahead of other teams in terms of team performance.

Honestly, most people don't even watch any kind of female sports. and in cricket, the men's team of these countries are not doing very well. so I think very few people are actually interested in this tournament and the performance of the female players of these countries in cricket. I had not even heard about this tournament before I read this post. and honestly, I am not even going to watch a single match of this tournament. because I like to think that my time is valuable. I might end up just watching the highlights and/or the result of the matches.

Both of them are associate teams. But there is huge difference between the two. Scotland receives far more funds from the ICC when compared to Papua New Guinea. On top of that, a lot of Scottish players take part in English county cricket, and 26-year old Kathryn Bryce represented Gujarat Giants during the 2024 edition of the Women's Premier League. No such opportunities are available for PNG, and that is one of the reasons why the cricket association there is trying to join the Asian Cricket Council (ACC).

Correct but ICC should give funds to Papua new Guinea country for the development of cricket. Cricket should be broad on earth and when more countries will play good,ICC will generate more revenue.
