Only Nida Dar performed well in bowling and with a single player the team cannot be handle as you can see only Nida Dar is in top three of most wicket-taking in this series.
Losing and winning is a part of a game but I think a player can be lead the team in every situation if that player wants to see his/her team as a winner.
In short, if that player is honest with her/his team then nothing can be beat to it. For example, Muhammad Amir in the 2016 Asia Cup against India, when Pakistan was all out at 86 but then he came and picked an early wicket in India, however, in the end, the Pakistan team lost the match but at least just because of him, the went until the last ball and women's team can also do this if they want to be a winner. I think they should fight till the last ball and do not care if they have lost the series already. MNG women team only covered 28 runs and their batsman struggle was very bad and Tsendsuren Ariuntsetseg score 6/12 runs and Batjargal Ichinkhorloo, Enkhbold Khaliunaa also made 4 runs. In the end, this was a pretty easy win for West Indies women. The target from Pakistan women was not big at all. After the bad performance in the first match from Pakistan women, I thought West Indies women are going to have to try harder to win the second match and Pakistan women are going to give them a bigger competition. But in the end, it was pretty easy for West Indies women to reach the target that the Pakistan women set for them.
