I'm pretty sure they meant the amount of a single withdraw being too big (doesn't change much but that's what it looks like).
There were 2-3 other support personnel who told me many similar things and had told me to withdraw lower amounts , did it , but still won’t go through. I’m unable to produce those screenshots because it is no longer on their chat records.
I don’t mind waiting and will do KYC if needed but it is their pattern of behavior that really concern me
e.g., decreasing withdrawal amounts, same excuses, no explanation or acceptable answers
Well what do you expect if you reach out to them and they tell you "Monday" and then you keep contacting them before Monday? You have to realize that people in live support rarely has any powers and mostly use the same script to answer any and all questions.
I expect an answer when support tells me technical team will email me with that answer. When the answer is wrong , “withdraw smaller amounts”, what choice do I have besides asking support again ?
Also i haven’t contacted them since they told me to wait until Monday. I’m being very reasonable here. Didn’t even open a scam accusation until mod moved it here.
One of your earlier replies from the support team indicates that you should wait until Monday.. Do you know the definition of insanity?
