Good news is paying a player/client in a timely fashion.
bad news is when a client has to resort to social media/forums to get paid out the winnings..
this is really bad form from you guys, repeated scam threads about you to get paid.. I can see you will be alienating your client base by behaving like this..

We'll see how long this case will need to be eventually cleared and paid by FJ.

I did state that, and one of my terms to wearing the signature was that and forum issues would be handled in a timely manner..  Ill message my contact now and push for some answers in this thread, I can understand not paying out $200K over a weekend, but its Tuesday now...

I got paid today but still owe around 140 LTC. I will attempt to resolve this relatively small amount with them in private. This matter can be consider resolved in the meantime.

Special thanks to TMAN, Luptin, DarkStar and all those who were helpful in this issue. Lastly, thank you Fortunejack.

I can vouch for justpoor , I have been an active member on FJ and seen him on there many times.  I myself have had issues with even smaller withdraws of amounts around 700$ taking sometimes 6 hours ...

Goodbye, Z.
Is it possible their just delaying big wins to accumulate enough from losers to pay the winners? It sound very much possible to me given the pattern of their fuckups
I won't speculate about the reasons for delays as I know little to nothing about their internal processes and work.
Hopefully, by pointing out these past delays and pressing on current cases like this, they will improve and speed up their process, to avoid negative topics like this one.

Meh.
If they've previously struggled with large withdraws during the weekend (but never actually failed to pay anyone) it doesn't matter as they can't give it any priority.
They've previously struggled with large withdrawals, period. It's not just during the weekend.
If this was a problem with availability of managers/support personel/wallet access on weekends, then the withdrawals would be processed the next working day (or at least within the next working week).
However, there are a number of cases of withdrawals taking several months to be completed.

3 BTC withdrawal, initially requested on 26th Oct 2017, being paid on 19th Feb 2018:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fortunejack-paid-me-3-btc-2961440

5.77 BTC withdrawal, initially requested in Oct 2017, being paid on 17th Jan 2018:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/edit-fortunejack-paid-me-after-3-months-2697105

In both cases FJ responded to the thread, acknowledged the claim the OPs had and the delay they have caused, and eventually processed their withdrawals.
We do not need proof for those, since FJ did not refute them. I think TMAN (who is currently advertising fortune jack, oh the irony) did sum it up pretty well:

I don't think that's the case.. I've personally withdrawn up to 5BTC and it got processed within minutes.. However there's clearly an issue here that needs to be fixed and I've talked to my employer and will see what he says about this one.

So they told you to wait until Monday and you decided to make a bunch of noice in here before then? That makes no sense either and I'm going to have to question your motives.

It's not a bad idea to warn people that a casino is (likely needlessly) holding $100k+ worth of coins from being withdrawn. If someone has $100k+ stuck, I'd expect FortuneJack to give him/her some priority, given the amount. The fact that they kept decreasing withdraws puts their LTC solvency into question.

If they've previously struggled with large withdraws during the weekend (but never actually failed to pay anyone) it doesn't matter as they can't give it any priority.

Perhaps they should consider learning from this to create a better customer experience; IIRC no other large dice sites do this. If they've had an issue catering to whales, they should consider hiring another individual to work on processing withdraws (why are they delayed anyway?) over the weekends. I think it's very reasonable to expect a casino to pay out over the weekend in the Bitcoin gambling space.

I wouldn't say it doesn't matter. This person has 100,000 USD+ that he cannot access for whatever reason, and FortuneJack is not providing an explanation and instead just telling him to wait. It has happened in the past multiple times, and will almost certainly happen again in the future.
It is not especially unusual to have limited amounts of crypto in your hot wallet and it is not outside of what is reasonable to only have access to a cold wallet at certain times (for example if they are held in safe deposit boxes in a bank). Even if the hot wallet has sufficient funds to cover the OP's withdrawal, it might not have enough to cover the OP's withdrawal and the expected withdrawals of other players.

I think it would have been better if they held the entire withdrawal until the cold wallet can be accessed, rather than allow the OP to withdraw declining amounts every day. And of course to let him know when to expect the withdrawal to be processed by.

It's hard to guess the reasoning behind delaying but support giving a solution of reducing amount of a single withdrawal doesn't seem really professional. I think they are indeed most likely out of funds (either waiting on some cold wallet funds or simply not holding enough LTC). The support team likely has no idea how much they have in hotwallets hence just telling him to reduce the amount per withdrawal and eventually hitting a limit on those too.

All in all I'd have to think FJ knew better already and informed their support staff better. Seems to be a common practice among sites anyway to have clueless people handling support.

Although this isn't really the place to praise other sites I think the way other sites handle withdrawals eg. state that it's a cold-wallet withdrawal or alike and simply give a timeline is better.

Today is Monday op waiting to see if you get your money or no, it's strange that it has taken so long but I do hope you get your rightful money back, it's funny that the site is unable to process it's own site dice bets are they not even sure of their software or they don't have the funds lol, it's surprising that the other guy was defending FJ and decided to take a dig at Alex and his team when it's a open and shut case and bitdice cleared the dues instantly. Update us whether you have received your dues or they have sought more time.

Well I can't tell you why they have not hired someone for it, I am not at their offices physically nor am I part of their company.

As for your statement that he can't access the funds for whatever reason, the reason has been clarified has it not? They need someone from the tech team (I guess someone high up in the company) to process it manually and that can't be done until Monday. Adding fuel to the fire that is speculation is never a good idea, especially not when reputable members are getting involved.

The only question is, why do they require manual processing? Dice bets are provably fair, and use their in-house design. Thus, they do not need to wait on a casino game provider such as SoftSwiss to verify the bets. If they think that seeds were leaked, an investigation would almost certainly take more than a day. I suppose a reasonable answer may be that they simply have a large number of coins in cold storage, and someone higher up needs to physically access it and fill up the hot wallet, but I would have expected them to state that, as it's clear cut.

I have not speculated, aside from my insolvency questioning.

Looks like you know more about what’s going on than their support or technical team lol

They gave no clear explanation for the delays, decreasing withdrawal amounts, timeline for full amount withdrawal....many more and in general very unprofessional casino.

lmao, they state "The amount of withdraws has caused the delay", yet they want him to make more withdraws.

I'm pretty sure they meant the amount of a single withdraw being too big (doesn't change much but that's what it looks like).

There were 2-3 other support personnel who told me many similar things and had told me to withdraw lower amounts , did it , but still won’t go through. I’m unable to produce those screenshots because it is no longer on their chat records.

I don’t mind waiting and will do KYC if needed but it is their pattern of behavior that really concern me
e.g., decreasing withdrawal amounts, same excuses, no explanation or acceptable answers

Well what do you expect if you reach out to them and they tell you "Monday" and then you keep contacting them before Monday? You have to realize that people in live support rarely has any powers and mostly use the same script to answer any and all questions.

I expect an answer when support tells me technical team will email me with that answer. When the answer is wrong , “withdraw smaller amounts”, what choice do I have besides asking support again ?

Also i haven’t contacted them since they told me to wait until Monday. I’m being very reasonable here. Didn’t even open a scam accusation until mod moved it here.

One of your earlier replies from the support team indicates that you should wait until Monday.. Do you know the definition of insanity?

They told me that yesterday, i posted here days before. It’s clear which side your on, what is your motive? At least if I voice my complaints others will be more weary of this site. I put my balls on the line and I won, I just want my money.
