I received the chips from Zefir for batch 3 and up.
I have not received boards from Sebastian's Batch yet.

Once the chips are in hand of my contractor there is not much i can do to accelerate things.
And this week they were down to 1 Machine because of maintenance.
I initially arranged to use 2 contractors simultaneously, to deal with the large number of boards.
The chip refunds cut the board volume to less then half, I had to scale the operation down to reduce costs.
That also included the shipping contractor.

Regarding bitfury:
I have an exclusive agreement with cryptx until mid October.
Revenue i get on that deal will end up in the refunds.
My 50% refund offer exceeds my current available financial resources.
(all Paypal payments are unavailable)
The refunds are currently suspended because of that.
But I will stand by my word and carry out the 50% as soon as i can.

To any of the "he gets rich" screamers - revenue of this venture so far: about -20.000eur + 4 Months of Work.  Undecided
Not that those people will believe any of my words.

Seriously? You have not been able to produce the boards in about two weeks or what?
20.000 / 400 boards = 50 euro / board compensation. I would have paid this because your work was a venture for all of us / in the name of us.

I chose to hold my order and get my boards and you promised to produce them last and send them this week. I am not satisfied with your post today, as today is the last day of the week and I shifted some dates all the way this week in order to be available when the boards arrive.

But hey, the profit of these boards was killed by Yifu, the first 50% of ROI has been killed by him, too. So why should not some german kill the last  50% of ROI.

Can you then please get back to shipping yourself, but with a minimum of 25 boards to have less customers. People with lower orders can form a group. I really liked doing business with you, and refuse to do business with greed.

Damn, that sucks. You should check your emails and verify that you processed all of them that includes "i want to pay". I still owe you shipment cost, you never specified to me how much I need to pay and I do want to pay it.

My apologies, and I truly feel bad about your financial loss.  Hopefully you can recover some of your losses through
the Bitfury boards, but then all of us lost on this deal thanks to Yifu - I would not want to have his kharma - he will
get his - sooner or later.

I get about 48 hours before mine crashes. Running cgminer 3.4.2

My test-stack of 16 boards has now an uptime of ~2 Weeks without cgminer restart.
But i am using a rather old version of cgminer.

btw: news in the B'Fury thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/poll-burnins-bitfury-miner-283992

Shipping of Batch 2 is under way, i am too busy to put in tracking numbers (will add them later).

Under way now for over a week?... I made the mistake of paying for my 35 board batch2 order immediately I heard batch1 chips had shipped, and paid for express shipping (all at an unlucky exchange rate!)
Has anyone received any tracking info or even boards from zefir batch2?

Yay. I didn't consider the refund route since I knew the risks going in and my inability to get chips to you had nothing to do with your product or services. It'll be fun once I finally do get my miner. Smiley

Burnin is busy building the hashing farm for Cryptx - wants to get rich quick. Angry
(...)
As far as i know he is working on everything.

Well he should purely be working on the bitburners, ship them, and then return to other projects. IMHO.

Its not in his hands. The assembler has to have free machines. Those have to be prepared to make a run first too. Even though he had luck and was able to create a good amount of boards instantly it normally takes 1 to 2 weeks to get a place in line of an assembly machine. And since this all wasnt be planable like it should have been it takes a while. Its not that he can speed it up now.

No richment involved. He had tight margins for bitburner and even the 50% refunds for bitburners would bring him in real trouble when the work for the bitfurys isnt succeeding. So dont be too hard on him. Its not the case that he is now rich.

Not working to find a reasonable reseller of his bitfury boards...

..yeah
any news on the chips/bitburner of the left batches? I guess no news is good news? Are we going to receive tracking numbers automatically by email or can I see it in my account when it's shipped? I really need that information

SebastianJu batch is in production now. Are there any other batches delivered to burnin? As far as tracking numbers go, it seems some people received them.
Im talking about zefir batch3+. Its a little disturbing to not hear anything back..

What about zefirs batch 3? I have 240 chips with burnin and now that his paypal account has been frozen, I can't pay to have the other 6 assembled unless I used btc. But ar this rate, I doubt theyd even have much to offer if they arent shipped in the next 2 weeks at best.

Just in case you didn't realise Smiley

--usb AVA:1
Means use 1 AVA/BTB

--usb AVA:2
Means use 2 AVAs/BTBs

So that means you have it configured/chained as 3 USB connections?

If it is only 2 - then it you would use --usb AVA:1 in both of them.
The 2nd one --usb AVA:2 would mean that if the first 1 disconnected then reconnected via hotplug, it would be random which of the 2 instances would get it.

Ok, i fixed it using 2 cgminer instances:
--usb AVA:1 --avalon-options 115200:32:10:d:430 --avalon-auto --avalon-temp 55 --avalon-cutoff 65 --avalon-fan 80 --queue 4 --bitburner-voltage 1330
--usb AVA:2 --avalon-options 115200:17:10:d:400 --bitburner-voltage 1250 --avalon-auto --avalon-temp 55 --avalon-cutoff 65 --avalon-fan 80 --queue 4

Diferent voltages, because the stack of 9 boards heats up a bit more, the 16 one is very cool.
And the avalon-auto option is quite nice Smiley

Thanks guys
Anice

EDIT:
 --avalon-options 115200:25:10:d:430 --avalon-auto --avalon-temp 55 --avalon-cutoff 65 --avalon-fan 80 --queue 4 --bitburner-voltage 1330
This works on a single cgminer window. From what i understand from https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3220578, that 25 mean 25 boards.

Anice

Im pretty sure you have to use --avalon-options 115200:20:32:d:430 and --avalon-options 115200:20:17:d:400, not the other way around. The first number is 20 for the amount of chips on a board and its 20 even when its a bitburner X only. The second number ist the amount of miners x 2.
