Yes, no doubt about it! War only brings in adverse effects on the economy of all countries, except US. Because when a war happens, the arms export of US increases manifold. You can take examples of both Russia-Ukraine, and Israel-Iran war. US is supplying arms to both Ukraine and Israel. So they are actually a gainer during a war where they are not directly involved.
Humanity is currently going through a very difficult period. In addition to various global problems such as pandemics, the so-called axis of evil is being formed in the world - an alliance of Russia, China, Iran and North Korea, which want to change the existing global security system in their favor through military action.
When Russia attacked Ukraine in February 2022, European countries were not at all ready to defend and protect their democratic values by military means. Ukraine has been holding back the Russian occupation army for almost three years at the cost of its own great losses, thereby giving Europe the opportunity to prepare for a further escalation of military action on their territory.
It is difficult to predict how this will end. Russia is also already exhausted by the war and has major internal problems due to the fact that it is spending all its material and human efforts on continuing the war and capturing Ukraine. Iran tried to attack Israel and received a powerful response to its air defense system, as well as factories producing missiles and drones.
The United States is really helping Ukraine and Israel with its weapons. But it was not the United States that started these wars. It was Russia that attacked Ukraine back in 2014 and launched a full-scale invasion in 2022. It was Hamas and other armed groups that invaded Israel on October 7, 2023, leading to the taking of civilian hostages and the current ongoing war.
