The site looks perfect and sure I will give it a try , I know there are a lot of other sites which offer the same services , but still the top up to some countries ( including my country ) has some problems or it is not available , now I hope everything is good in this new site

Is it possible to buy mobile top up without creating an account? Just visited your site to check the prices but I cant do it because I need an account, and sign up is a bit too long. Why I need to fill address and date of birth? simple registration will be better.

for now you can not using mobile top up or bill payment services without a uquid account. with uquid balance your top up or buy a virtual card or bill payment all will instant delivered. without uquid account you can not do that . Customer need fill in address and date of birth because they will no need enter again when they using for buy a virtual uquid card or plastic card (it also reduce change wrong information when customer fill in later when buy a card. it take a bit more time for signup but much save time when using uquid service)
if you do not feel happy to put correct address or date of birth. you can try put any other information (you also can edit or change later when you sign in )
with uquid > we no require for ID or limit account per person. so you can create many account as you wish
