I got hesitant when it was selling for cheap and a friend persuaded me to invest, but it's all good we live and learn, I've now come to accept and understand its potential.
I also several times encountered an error in selling my bitcoin. being too eager and miscalculations I sell my bitcoin at $ 700 ~, whereas the current price rises to $ 900, I'm very sorry to sell some my bitcoin, suppose I could be patient

I am a little sad that I followed sheep mentality of bitcoin crowd and sell part of my bitcoin stash 2 years ago in January.
As I remember price was around $220 back then. When BTC price finally recovered I was out of Fiat and couldn't rebuy my coins.

The worst ever bitcoin decision I have ever made so far I think is not joining bitcoin when I first learned it when it only got 15$ in price. I thought at first it was a scam, so I have not joined it. I have began to notice it's potential just last christmas so I am only using bitcoin for one year now and I regret not using bitcoin way back when I first heard about it. If I have ever took risk that time, I think I would have had a better earnings now.

The worst decision I've ever made is that I didn't save most of my earnings and spend it on vices back when I started on earning from signature campaign . If only I saved it all and hold it together with the amount that I have saved a few months ago maybe i have made a huge profit, now I only have a small amount on my wallet and I don't know what I am going to do with that amount .

Same here, I also made good earning this year in bitcoin, too bad that each time I need money I am cashing it out to fiat. But that's alright, and I don't have too much regret about it since I used it in things that are really important and I wasn't expecting the price to grow like this. What I regret now is I didn't buy the first time I receive my salary.

The worst I have made was my first entry into Bitcoin and I quickly made some coins but because of lack of trust that is yet to be built by me in Bitcoin, I just sold at ridiculous price because I was of the opinion that its better to have it in cash than in wallet. After like one week I made that decision the price of Bitcoin just went on the increase and I was completely sure that is my worst decision ever in this world of Bitcoin...
Mostly users said the worst decision are sell their bitcoin, well me too.
I regret to sold my bitcoin and the the next day the price increase so much, I didn't in situation that I really need money.
Why I should sold my bitcoin, damn. I won't sell any from now until I'm desperate need for money.

Summer 2012. Diablo 3. I bought in game gold with bitcoin @ $3/btc - Spent 90 coins for 500 million in game gold.

IGG = 35 cents / million now.

I lose.

/wrist

That's sad man. If you still had those 90 bitcoins you would be something around 60k richer by now.

However you can't turn back time so I guess instead of grieving about it, move on and try make it back Smiley

We don't know what will happen with bitcoin even if I'm the one with has a lot of bitcoins way back then. I will just use it until it will go to zero value at all. But it seems that people are seeing the great potential of bitcoin and makes the price to keep on pumping. And my worst decision in bitcoin I guess I didn't listen to my classmate way back 2013, that this coin is going to be hype in the future which is now happening.

My mistakes are related with dogecoin and with shitcoins.
One mistake that I made was investing in a shitcoin with a good amount of bitcoin and holding them for a long time, after a while I couldn't sell them even for 1 satoshi and made me think more than twice before investing somewhere.

This is much better when compare to my mistake bro. I had a LBC account trade with member rank guy here in the forum but without escrow. He just looted money and not login again.

My worst decision was when I had the opportunity to keep and hold 5 Bitcoins but instead I was tempted with investment and wanted to grow this sum even more. I listened to wrong advice how and when to invest and instead of profit I've lost these coins. I'm sorry because of this decision even today.

What you have done is a very common mistake that most of the Bitcoin users have done it , this is called greediness. because Bitcoin it self is a investment and if you put bitcoin on other ways of earning of investment then surely you will be in loss.

Sold ~50BTC @ $7 back in the day.

Now, in Australia, 50BTC @AU$1000 =$50000

On the upside, I did shift more coins @ $100 and it paid for my 1.5kW solar electricity system Smiley

Worst mistake I ever made was lending out my bitcoin to someone on here.
They hanged on me and never gave it back to me. He even had the nerve to give me negative feedback again and again even after giving him more. He was like a crack fiend needing more and more bitcoin to feed his addiction. It was not a drug to him but to fill his emptiness in his life with his gambling problem.
I repeated to send bitcoins on his requests until it was too much for me to bear until I maxxed out my credit cards giving him my last bit of bitcoin. Then the alts came in force and hammered my trust page with negative as well.
That was a good lesson learned to me to never lend out bitcoin again no matter how small of an amount it is.
Because what started from a $6 small loan turned into $90 close to a hundred dollar in bitcoin.

My only regret is not spending my life savings on Bitcoin back when I first learned about it, when it was going for $15 a piece.

Oh well.

Yes, me too.  Not buying/mining when it was much cheaper.

The worst mistake I made with BTC was lending it out on BTCJam about a year ago.  I got my money back, but because the loan was denominated in USD, and because BTC rose during the life of the loan, I got back less BTC than I lent.

you're right faucet profiys are very slow but it is a good start as a newbie I my self I would you to start earning faucet so that you will really know what is bitcoin and how important its satoshis . But if yoi alreay know what is bitcoon and how it is used then you start finding new method on earning big so that you can get money through it.

Which part of clicking and solving captchas does it teach you about what bitcoin really is? You will surely get the impression of thinking that every satoshi is important (or whatever) if you do faucet. But once you stopped doing it and started looking for other ways to earn bitcoins, you would think that you were so foolish to do all those work and spend all your time doing faucets. You would think that you should've just deposited even $5 to start in bitcoins and do research instead for all those time.
