One of the worst mistake that had lead path for a big loss was carelessness with the name of the players. Mistaken placed bet over a particular player without knowing his full name. This made me loss around $200.

In my case it was playing a max bet while I thought I was playing small bets.
Yeah that is not a smart thing to do you always have to keep track of your money because it can go away really quick if you do not pay attention.
My worst mistake was that I thought that I could ever make a profit with gambling in the long run.

The worst mistake i ever did is when win big money in a casino site and then lost it all when come back again to play

Well, lot of people are like that also they come back to the casino or gambling site for them to get back what they lose but actually they will just lose again. And you cannot recover for whatever reason because you didn't notice that it is already an addicted illness in gambling.

It actually depends on the person himself/herself. I lost 1BTC before and decided to try to get it back (I know the possibility that I might lose more money) but because of the previous mistakes and experience I got, I managed to get back my 1BTC with a .50BTC additional net profit. Smiley

well, that was a good thing that you get back your 1BTC.
But not all people can recover for what they lose. Yes it is depend of a person who is playing with it. so if that person is really eager or can not wait to win, the result will be loosing a lot of money, because that eagerness will get you down.

My worst mistake ever was as a dealer at the casino...

I was on a Caribbean Stud Poker table... this one guy had been losing losing losing for like about 30 or 40 hands... I was doing the initial deal for a new hand, as I took the cards from the shuffler machine to give to this guy, they caught on the little lip that prevents them flying out of the machine and I ended up flipping the cards into my chip tray... face up.

The supervisor came over and because I had exposed more than 1 card, we had to declare a misdeal and void the hand and start again... The guys hand would have been 3 Kings... on his $150 bet Undecided

I felt soooooo bad... and he was actually pretty matter of fact and cool about it, even though he had been losing straight for close to an hour... which just made me feel worse...  Sad

but in my own defense, it was during the later part of an 8hr shift at around 2am Tongue
Well thats your job man, maybe he is a rich guy, so losing for hours wouldnt be a problem for him. Dont make it as a burden for you when you doing your job. He will win on his lucky day, so just deal with it. As a dealer, you shouldnt care what the gamblers feel, as long as the casino you are working get nice profit, then you did well.

Very common mistake in gambling is that people double the stakes when they loose and in the process they keep doubling till they win and mostly at the end they find out that they have lost so much in just order to recover the first bet amount which is actually so foolish if you see it.

I dont think that is a mistake because for most people that kind of thing is called strategy and without any strategy you wont get no where in profit because you really need some strategy too beside some luck so doubling your loss doesnt make it worse actually unless you play it on high odds may be that is the reason why you losing it
i think he want to say and mean that doing martingale betting system is a big/worse mistake.
basically martingale is a strategy in gambling but most of gambler who did this strategy are in loss.
high or low odds it doesn't matter actually if you play against the time in long run you have percentage to lost higher than to win.

When I Withdraw nothing. I spent an hour betting just to play the free btc and let it reach to the minimum withdrawal which is 1 mBTC and then I got greedy and bet it all hoping to double it and now I have nothing to withdraw that day. Greediness is bad.

my mistake when I was playing dice, and when I've won quite large. I'm supposed to make a withdrawal, but I was too greedy to continue to get bigger results, so in the end I lost everything.

It is not only your problem but most of the gamblers will face this situation at least once before they learn a lesson to withdraw money on right time. At least now on wards make a habit of withdrawing your profits as soon as possible to save your losses.

It is good advice to withdraw money now and then when one is on some profits. But in reality very less people can control their emotions while gambling, whether they win or lose continue until they lose all their money to houses. So I think don't start gambling with very big bankroll instead play with the money which you can afford to lose and save yourself from big loses.

It was the way casino get profit and earn money by exploiting human weakness.

A greedy is human weakness,  and casino know it even they give you a winning bet at first to make you more greed because you think it was the easiest way to make money,  let's doubdle it and lost it.  Repeat!

What are some the more idiotic and stupid mistakes that you know you shouldn't have made but did anyway. Yes this includes other none ga!nling stuff like sending btc to the wrong address. I'm interested to find out the stupid things other people do.  Roll Eyes

I was trying every possible marginal bet, with autobet on wining/losing, and i forget to remove "increase 100% on win" when I put "increase 100% on lost". So when I hit number bet was increased by 100%, and when I missed number bet was also increased by 100%  Grin I lost my money in about 3 seconds.

yeah many times we found ourselves unconsciously did martingale, after we lost the game we always remember it in our mind that we must win next time no matter what and even the previous lost need to be recovered , then we decide to doubling stake amount in the next game without considering the possibility to lost.

Apart from standard lost bets and tendency to blindly follow people "who know something" - while in reality they are just guessing the outcome of the match.
I can't say I mess something until now. I never miss clicked nor sent BTC to wrong address. My biggest mistake is bet over and over again on impossible parlays and losing every time.

I have experienced the same as well, but I have learned something from it that we need to set a goal before start gambling. So when we reach the goal we should force ourselves to stop and go away.

Worst mistak that people make when gambling is that they think that they can become rich with it.
It is true that you have a chance to make money with gambling but most of the times you are going to lose.

I think my worse mistake was using the AUTOBET feature and I ended up getting a phone call and when I came back my account was completely drained. Normally I stop the autobet manually on wins and losses but it ended up taking 1000 bets or something before the account was empty.

So far I didn't do any mistake in gambling , I review thoroughly anyone of my bets which I am placing. But this means nothing as in the end I have lost too like many others. However I want to believe until I prove it myself otherwise that doubling your bet in sports book when you have a high bankroll it may result also in a big win at the end of the day although I know many people have end losing at the end of the day. The problem is they rush without thinking to raise their bets after losing (am talking about sportsbook here). I am giving it a try myself, I started today with a large base bet and will plan to double it if the game is lost or even triple it depending on the confidence of a pick.

One mistake that I encountered was to Max bet. Never ever risk all of your earnings into one game. Just use 20-40% of it. Never bet if you don't know how to win. Almost all of the gambling sites is using Auto-bet. But for me, i didn't use it at all. Because this will lead you to failure. Always think that Auto-bet is a Bot running inside a gambling site created by the creator of the site. So, If I were you, I would rather gamble manually rather than Auto-bet.
