I think you say right... One of the worst mistake in gambling is "all in". You put all your efforts (and money) in only one bet.
This could sounds good or an hero move, but normally lead to lose all funds.

Another big mistake is betting in a sport/game that you don't know, but you follow just the odds.
I have see many newbies loss money with "easy" match, or with low ROI in dice.

Honestly all in is not a good idea in terms in gambling it is too risky and already tried it before never experience to win a large amount.
If you are just halving fun it is better to use small amount and i think it is more people are making a profit or win with small bets than high bettors..
I think sports betting is more easy to gamble than the other game that you can easily analyze the game before you can bet..

Yeah 1 bitcoin is a pretty big amount to lose, I am feeling sorry for you. Personally my biggest mistake in gambling was that I left gambling long ago but then I could not resist myself from playing and hence I gambled again. Even I gamble with small amount I feel it is an unnecessary way of entertainment, I feel guilty on me for repeating same mistakes.

1btc is a lot. But we learnt from our mistake. I also have lost close to 2btc in gambling before and i even tried different gambling methods. I also tried investing and i lost a lot.

well, 1 or 2 bitcoin is a very large number. not easy to collect bitcoin much. I also had several times lost bitcoin for some small mistakes, but I think, all my bitcoin missing, less than 1 BTC and I do not intend to make it grow. Well, I think we should learn from those mistakes from being repeated in the future

Yeah this is the worst mistake that most of us did in gambling and we are not feeling sorry today for our losses if we didn't invest real money in gambling. But the thrill is not there if we will gamble for free or make ourselves tired for claiming faucets for free satoshis and then after that we will use that claims for gambling.

i guess that he is win the games because i see his face give a big smile to us. the worst mistake is if we don't listen to our feeling when we want to make a bet and we only use our mind and get to rush in gambling games. and there are many gamblers not realize about this, while they still continue to playing gambling.

How one knows it is sure or not? I don't think anyone can tell with 100% confidence because if that is true then he/she would be super rich by now. Everyone will be guessing based on knowledge they have and to win we must need a luck and without that luck no one can win money from gambling.

I think I know what he meant by depositing real money in gambling as the worst mistake in gambling. He wanted to tell us that gambling itself is a mistake. And unfortunately, at some point I have to agree with him! I never use my real money since I realize that in this kind of game the chance to get bad result is bigger than the good one. I prefer to use the free money that I collected from some resources to feed my gambling activities, hence I can enjoy the game!

You should report to the police. If you are doing bank transfer, they can trade down who receive the money and investigate. You may even end up recovering your money, this happen to me and i have to return the money even though it is not i who cheated the money and i am part of the victim.

yeah if you are a poker player you might would feel have made a lot of mistakes as regret always come late. a quick action with smart move required in poker and i guess he think he have made mistake by wasting a big opportunity to get through to the final table to fight for prize , unfortunately he didn't think freshly thought he have the best card but it's not , frequently happened something like that.

The worst mistake that I've ever made was when I was buying bitcoin to someone here in the forum. Since that time I do really need to buy bitcoin because I have something important that I really need to buy that time, so I've posted some thread in the goods telling that I want to buy bitcoin and there is this guy replied on my post telling me that he was selling bitcoin. So he wanted me to send the payment first before he send the bitcoin that I'm going to buy so I have agree to his terms because I really need it badly. It's not a mistake because it's one of the betting strategy to be use when you are gambling, the only mistake is when you go all in and you can't afford the money that you bet. On a positive side, what if the all in bets win, how do you called that? A mistake that turns into a favorable outcome?

I can really tell from the words itself that it's a mistake because there's no sure thing in gambling, in fact it's called a game of chance. You will not be successful with that kind of mindset, in reality, when we sometimes think that it's a sure bet that is the time that bet has no even chance of winning.

I have the same experience in sports betting, I think the favorites will win easy but the outcome is not even close and I lose the game. Angry

It happens a lot in tournament. When you finally get a good hand, the opponent gets even a better hand and usually it is this hand that kills off the strong players.
