yes i also commit mistake because of my emotion, i lost my whole money in hand and also a precious mobile. and then i decided never to exceed the limit in gambling, after that i have some control on my emotion.

It is good that you have your control in yourself maybe you are not yet really addicted in gambling because if you do even your very hard effort just to control yourself will just useless because all in your mind is just to play gambling.

He is good after losing valuable things and money he realised that gambling is not made for money. Yes he is not addicted, but I think he becomes greedy, so because of this greedy he lost money and mobile, when we control our greedy then automatically our loss in gambling will decrease. And the winning percentage will increse bit high.

I don't regret that I'm able to play gambling and I just regret that when losing comes to me, I think that I will be able to get again the loses that house edge got to me. And that's also another worst mistake by other gamblers, they are also thinking that will be able to beat the house which is very impossible thing to do by creating different several strategies which is sometimes effective but most of the time, not.

Some of us play it for fun, some to win some easy money, it is so hard winning in this game and it really needs a luck and experience. That's the worst mistake most of us as we gamble because we tend to cover up our losses because we can't accept defeat.

And we are feeling regret for that lose, so instead of recovering it up. What is happening is we add some more to our losses and we can't recover it again.

Our feelings are involved for this because we can't stop our feelings to be in rage mode to recover that losses.

Usually a gambler don't end like that, they are not thinking about defeating the house, what's in their mind is they will win over and over again, besides, they might be praising the house if they are winning. Cheesy

At most cases that I see here in this thread, if you sum it all up, it would all be just "greed" that is where everyone fail, after winning a few, they are not contented and being tempted to play more.

Worst mistake in gambling is that many people looks it like source of profit but reality is different. It doesn't matters how professional poker player you are, if you don't have good card and pair from table, than you'll loose with lowest level player.
Play on points, play on small amount of money, like dices offer it's low, very low amount and don't waste more than you are afraid. At last, don't look it as source profit and you'll never loose.

Indeed those saying is a myth in gambling world, instead the saying must be, "if you believe it , bet on it". Anyway i agree that determination has no effect in gambling because it depend greatly in luck / chance. but I think resilience does. Being able to recover quickly means you will let go whatever the amount of money you losses in gambling and move on. You will be resistant to chasing losses.

Well I am sorry you lost 0.6 BTC and I understand it is hard to digest such losses. In fact I myself once lost 0.5BTC on a sports bet and I was so sure about the prediction that still today I can not believe I lost that bet.

Present the sports betting is like that till end of the match we cannot predict who will win. In the last minute of the match, the game will change. I also had this type of experience in sports betting. I too lost my money because of my greedy. I was more confident about that game and odds also very low, so I placed a high amount of bet. Next day morning I woke up with bad news.

I myself had mistakes like that recently after that I read the rules and regulation thoroughly so that I don't miss anything from it. Also it is designed that to make us really use our Bitcoin instead of storing it in their site.

Not only you but many people will face this issue in gambling. So firstly we all should know that all these gambling games are not made give profits to gamblers instead gambling houses wants to make a profit from these sites or houses. If you understand this, then you will never gamble with all your funds in gambling and should always fix small amount for each session of gambling to avoid significant losses.

It is not about understanding but its the addiction of gambling that makes a gambler to gamble again and again I have been betting since around a year and I know the risks involved in it but still I gamble everyday not because I want to win money but rather I am addicted to it.
