Not with me, but i know my friend who made worsest mistake of his life.
About 2 years ago, he have 500 bitcoin (seriously 500 bitcoin)
but he did not have the knowledge So he made mistake he sold each coin for just 0.015$.
What a misery, now each coin worth $17k-19k.
How bad may be the things when you are running with your hard luck.

Worst mistake with BTC is not knowing it a long time ago, i should have bought more if i knew.
My biggest mistake was not becoming interested in Bitcoin when I first heard about it 2 or 3 years ago. The second biggest mistake was not investing in Bitcoin when it cost 3x less

My worst mistake was that I did not buy Bitcoin sometime a year ago, and keep not buying it today because of its overvalue. And probably, that`s another mistake of mine 
My fault with bitcoin is do not believe the name of the digital money when my bitcoin account was originally commented from home so that the account was banned, after some of my friends have successfully run some projects in bitcoin already a lot of income is where I am now interested to learn again, my confidence to read on The media portal is about bitcoin almost every time and now I've also started bitcoin again
I think that the most important mistake is that it was not bought at the start and was not kept until today.

The worst mistake I did is I didn't care when firstly hear and read about bitcoin in 2011. Half part of me just deny it and think that it's just like scam and you know something like that. That's the worst and it remains many bad things, I start when BTC flies and mooning like crazy.
I didn't buy it few yers ago. Unfortunately.

a while ago i got free bitcoin from freebitco.in and after i get enough bitcoin, i use to play multiply. eventually my bitcoin is gone 
I have two big mistake. First i dont know bitcoin earlier and second is i know hyip first than bitcoin.
Probably the most common answer, I invested way too late. Still happy to picked some up this summer.
Not buying more when it was about 200-300 $. You may say it was worth even less, but I didn't know Bitcoin at that time, so I don't consider it an actual mistake.

The worse mistake I made was to sell most of my Bitcoin when it was $5k
First one was using mt.gox and second one buying $15k worth of miners, from butterfly labs, when the BTC price was $10, instead of buying 1500 BTC....
