Maybe not the worst film ever but one of the worst (disappointing) movies I've watched lately is "3 days to kill"

I think Those films that Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen made when they were kids deserve to mentioned also lol.  They were made for kids but still haha and they were just cashing in on their fame and I can respect that.   Grin

The movie, Philomena, was nominated for awards.

I thought it was pretty bad for a story based on true events.

Son of the Mask 2

There was a sequel to Son of Mask or are you saying that's the Mask 2?

Pretty sure there is no sequel to Son of Mask.

It's funny, whenever I see threads like these pop up there are usually multiple things that come to mind.  This one is so easy though, easily the worst movie I've ever seen:

Joe vs. the Volcano.

That has to be the worst movie ever made.  Not only did it not make any sense to me. It put both my buddy and I to sleep, and it was a sleep over which made it even worse!  Sleepovers were big when we were kids.  Stay up late, play video games, and watch movies. It totally screwed up the night!!

atack of the killer tomatoes

had eerything to be fun, but critical failed at that

lol... that movie was released even before I was born. Back then, it was such a big hit. I think they created a sequel for this film in the 80s, called some thing like Return of the Killer Tomato...

I think they made three sequels and a remake was planned, but I'm not sure if it's happening anymore.

I would agree, except the 'National Treasure' movies Smiley

I really enjoyed the first National Treasure. Think there's a third in the works.

melancholia is a hipster's dream. i fucking hated that movie, they tried to make it so god damn artsy. try-hard movie, i'd say. along with, as previously mentioned, tree of life. i also thought black swan was stupid.

Melancholia is definetely THE WORST. I was ready to turn it off in 10 minutes but naked Kirsten Dunst is what kept me there Grin

And after all this torture she did not deliver at all. Sad

That's like most of Lars Von Triers films. They're all pretty pretentious and controversial for the sake of being controversial. I tend to dislike them.

Trash Humpers, probably the worst movie ever made.

Also wins the award for most WTF movie ever made in my books.

lol.. who is going to watch these sort of films? It was shot on worn VHS home video and the total budget was $2,000 or so. I don't think that it even qualifies to be in the Movies category.
