After reading your story about worst trading it will be happen all crypto traders once or again and again so what is that bad time teaching to good lessons is that patience is best way to get success.
I almost could not earn anything in 2018 in Cryptocurrency. I decided to Hold like you but things are going worse. I think I'm not lucky enough and you are. People are still earning money and I'm not. It must be said that 2018 is a risky year for me.
2018 and 2017 is my worst year of trading.
2017 is the year when i started in this community and currency.
i made a lot of decision due to excitement and panic, i lose a lot of opportunity.
2018 i learned a lot from last year, i ease the panic and made my self more patience and learn to wait.
though waiting is not worth, i should let the panic get over me to sell my tokens now i am more than 50% low than before.

That experience bro! you are not alone. Your portfolio is big as well so I can feel those losses that you are regretting now.

So after the bearish market came
I've been holding more alts than BTC/ETH
Coins like COSS, NANO, CND and etc
I been making loss and missing out most of the pump because i sell these coins and convert it to ICON (ICX) which i waited it to be move
So basically after everytime i sold my specific alts, few days later it went 100%
NANO, bought at 0.011 ETH i sold at 0.005 ETH, 7 days later, it went up to 0.013 ETH. Hold for almost 6 months and sold, it went up after 7 days.
Same to NANO, COSS
Everytime i sold, within days to 1/2 week
It pumped like crazy
Just like COSS
Sold off 100k at 28 ETH last week
Today 100k COSS priced at 53 ETH
Holy i been making huge losses in 2018

That is one of the things that most people are having problems with this year, they are selling their coins way too early thinking that the price is never going to go back up and then they have to watch the price of the coins go up and then there is regret. You just have to make sure that you learn from things like this so that you can be more patient in the future
I'm more concerned that the larger coins have become in one position and nothing happens. 2018 was a good year for traders, I think that you just were unlucky and you made mistakes.
I pity you. In fact, I'm not good at trading either now, and I understand you. I think it's time to step away from the trade now. IMHO
agree with you, the whole year was bad, I got little profit, if we compare with the previous one, I hope that 2018 will be better for cryptocurrency
i also lost so many time in this year. but i think i learn more things from it. Now i'm holding my coin until the next bull market.
I understand your situation because I must say it has been the worst for me as well. I will put the reason strictly down to the uncertainty surrounding the market. Most coins have done really poor than they should, not even fundamental analysis or technical analysis has worked. The dip keeps getting dipper with no end in sight. We can only hope the market normalises soonest. Truly, it hasn't been great.
I think you didn't have channel or groups about pumping those coins that's why you loss those coins or tokens in trading, better have a contact or news about them because some of the tokens or coins now have they own pumping and dumping scenario.
You've been holding for six months and it's bad that after waiting for so long you sell that cheap, if at all you're going to sell it should be above 0.01eth not anything below, the essence of holding is to make some profit... Market have been very bearish this year and and holders should keep holding till we have another bullish market
You don't have to take this so close to your heart and just wiat a little. Market will be better in 2019 and you will get your profit

same stroy of mine now i have stopped trading and just focusing on my studies my experience has thaught me that it is better to have a job than being homeless
I can only sympathize. Well judging by your rank on the forum, you should already understand the situation. 
It is a bad idea to fix excellent (and they are really promising, especially NANO) coins at a loss to buy for the full amount another asset without having 100% prerequisites for the growth of this coin. In such an unpredictable bear market it's hard to make predictions.

You are not patience you give up on the coin you being holding for 6month , you should have sell half of this coin .. by the way someone can not see the minimum price
This year market has been tricky and troublesome for most so you are not the only one everyone is facing similar situation but definitely when we need to cashout due to expenses we cannot see the value, even the price is way to down from all time high we sell it because need is bigger than anything else.
Patience is what makes it all count. Lately, we've had more of a stable market and only through rash decisions one could have miss out on the profit making opportunities.
Author, you are not alone! I will not go into the details of my losses, because at some point I just lost count! But this is a lesson for all of us, it is a pity that this lesson is so cruel, I hope in the future we will draw the right conclusions!
