Honestly, at first, I wished I could live forever because I have a constant fear of the unexpected, the unknown. However, to me, its also exciting, not that I'm in any hurry, to find out what happens at the end. However, now I have become so in tune with my loved ones and friends that I also could never choose to live forever. I think the hardest thing would be to outlive all those I care about, to live life forever without the knowledge of ever seeing my family and friends again. Also, I could never form any lasting relationships with anyone. I believe now that I should "not fear death but rather the unlived life."

I prefer to die, because if you live forever your family and friend die with time. And you would be alone

yes in order to experience all life has to offer

Yeah... there are some positive aspects on the concept of living forever. An eternal life can give you a chance to correct your mistakes, to perfect your goals, to finally achieve the success you are craving and to achieve the best version of yourself.

If I could live a life of a 23years old forever... Lol,  I won't even blink an eye.  Living a life of such without aging is absolutely the best.

It is better to die or being a mortal rather than seeing your loved ones dying and leaving you.

Hmmm.... I think I'll cross the bridge when I get there -of course we will all be thinking differently once we're old or sick. But it's nice to know that will options in the future about extending life. Ex. Virtual Reality.

It depends if I can re spawn after an accident, and stuff. It wouldn't be cool to live forever if you're just a head.

Would YOU choose to live forever?

Scientists have made a discovery that could lead to a revolutionary drug that actually reverses ageing.

The drug could help damaged DNA to miraculously repair and even protect Nasa astronauts on Mars by protecting them from solar radiation.

A team of researchers developed the drug after discovering a key signalling process in DNA repair and cell aging.

During trials on mice, the team found that the drug directly repaired DNA damage caused by radiation exposure or old age.

'The cells of the old mice were indistinguishable from the young mice after just one week of treatment,' said lead author Professor David Sinclair.

Human trials of the pill will begin within six months.

Cool

This is awesome but I don't want to live forever. I want to live long though. But if forever, you're gonna be watching some people.you know, die at 70 or 80 or 90. And I don't want that to happen.
