After long bearish market you already passing. Now i think don’t necessary to sell Bitcoin because bull run just will be started. BTC goal will 10K$ in the year 2019 most probably this targeted price will be absolutely possible. On the pther hand you have don't any hesitation long term holding.

There is no stopping us if we sell our bitcoins today but I'll just asking that to set the price higher than of the current price in order not drag the market down. Cause it mostly happen that selling in low price will stop the rising trend it have and could start for dumping which we don't want to happen again.

I would definitely recommend selling some bitcoin not all, as the price of bitcoin has increased around 25 percent over the past few days, so there is possibility that it would drop a bit then you can buy it again.
I agree, sell partially to buy altcoins is a better option, increasing altcoins can reach hundreds or even thousands of percent and this is difficult to happen with bitcoin.

Its question for 1 mln $ i think we saw what happened days ago when 500mln btc was solt on short term orders so even prof. couldnt predict anything so they were doing their daily trade when someone started buy and they lose everything.
if in my opinion not because right now it's not good to sell bitcoin because the increase in bitcoin is still not good, so if the tone is patient, waiting for a big profit will definitely come to you later
