my opinion is if your situation will definitely demand the the profit of selling the Bitcoin right now you can definitely do it without any doubt but selling with fear will not been a good idea for everyone at anytime. 
i suggest you should not not sell too much BTC because BTC should be a long term investment and surely one day in the future, its price will increase much higher than now, BTC is at this moment is still low but it is still dominating the market and that is why the higher chance it will be pumped very soon.

bitcoin is now recovering . didnt you notice that the price last year was only at 3k ? it stayed for almost 3 months but now the value is now up at 4k going to 5k sooner . i bet this can be consider the start of the bitcoin era . and one thing , why are you guys keep on predicting that 2020 will be a good year for bitcoins ? let me guess is this because of the halving ? idk what is halving but i dont think that it can help the price to pump more . i only believe on whales . whales are the only one that have the power to make a big changes .

Do not. a good time to sell bitcoin from time to time. If u check the encryption price often, u will feel that Bitcoin is gathering power. it is gradually recovering. the darkest stage of the market has passed. the bull market is approaching us.

I recommend to you to hold it as of now because as we can see the market now its not totally recovering. Bitcoin is still in 4k price so every holders from the high peak is still hold their bitcoin because is not a right time to sell their bitcoins.we need more patience because we don't know when the right time to sell. 
basically, everything depends on yourself and the condition of the price of bitcoin in the market, if the price is higher than when you buy it does not matter if you want to sell it and re-buy it when prices go back down and reinvest. but if the price is far below when you buy you should keep hold for some time in the future according to the target that you have set or when the condition has recovered.
Definitely not worth selling Bitcoins right now. We are somewhere near the bottom, which means, most likely, there must be a rise. The whole question is when and to what level. In any case, you need to wait, follow the course in order to minimize losses from the sale. And maybe make a profit.

It depends on your tradings strategy on how you can earn,but if I we're your much better to hold your bitcoin or Altcoins because if you sell it right now you will surely loss your profit and you need to increase your patience if you want to earn good profit.
