Websites can stop their activities if the government pressures them but if the website is not related to any government, they can move the server to another country. This might be safer for the website because it can still run its business without political elements. But I think every website must have thought about what they should do about the boycott issue and nothing will happen to them.

It seems that OP got mixed a few things up. I don't know if his intentions are to slender a competitive casinos, but the websites that he mentioned in the opening post, according to Wikipedia, are not based in Russia, but in Cyprus.

Website gambling ability moving from one country to another country and not have any reason with support collective boycott gambling Russia platform although good reason with war invasion. But still personal reason I think or have other important like gambling platform competitor and try thousand way how to make competitor close down with giving war invasion. Even a dialogue like this won't have much impact because there really isn't anything we can do now to hinder or stop their Invasion.
At the moment nothing can be expected of anything because indeed when sanctions are useless then one of the last hopes is to hope they stop this voluntarily although this is indeed very difficult to happen

Since Russia has maintained its position despite such sanctions, Russia's decision to end the war will be final. While other countries could boycott Russia's other things, Europe could not survive without Russian oil. So Russia's main power here is oil.
So even if they boycott other things, including gambling websites, there is no tension in Russia because they will sell oil and cover everything.
My point is not that, my point is why will be boycott? Many ordinary civilians run their lives through working in these gambling websites, they have not done anything wrong! The trouble here is due to the political reasons of the two countries. And from this point of view, the big powers in the Middle East have killed millions and are still killing, haven't we seen any boycott against them? Could you please write something more about it? Because I have never seen anyone prove the existence of US laboratories in Ukraine. It would be very interesting if it weren't just propaganda rumors.

China, however, speaks negatively about war crimes committed by Russian troops. I don't see a need to boycott Chinese casinos .. if they exist at all.
I think that the all the world trade mostly with China, so i think that it is enough for Russia. And China speaks negatively about all war crimes, and not often i see it about Russian troops. And China asks US to answer why they placed their bio laboratories with dangerous research at the Ukraine. But it is not so interesting?
Decisions made whether which one they would really be supporting is something that could really give or make out some conflicts once they had made such decision.
So they've decided to be in neutral or doesnt really make out some words in regards to it.

rrent conflict going on, it will be harder for us to achieve peace especially since all of us aren't working with each other. I mean, how can we achieve peace if there are racial, gender and many more discrimination going on. We all say that we want peace but it is something that we can never achieve.
Anyway, with the conflict going on with Russia and Ukraine, boycotting either of the countries will not help the war between these two as the people who will be affected by these boycotts will be the business owners and not the government. It is for sure - even after having so many sanctions on Russia - you will see Ruble strengthening and people depending on Russia for oil supply. Russia has been impacted by the sanctions, however since they knew they were going to eventually wage war against Ukraine then it is obvious they have been preparing themselves for this scenario, so the sanctions are nowhere near enough to stop them and if anything it is making them more convinced to take Ukraine for themselves, as otherwise all what they did would have been for nothing, and since a direct confrontation between Russia, the US and European countries is out of the question then sanctions are the only possible way for those that support Ukraine to try to damage Russia a little bit.

Well Putin is sanctioning back the EU for supporting Ukraine which now resulting to divided EU. Denmark is now creating their own Bock splitting the two biggest economy in EU Germany and France.
And then Putin also controlled the Ports of Ukraine which he is putting on hold the distribution of wheat. Now everyone is going to go hungry. Its really something to think about now where this war is going because it seem like Russia are getting more wealth instead. Its time to clear the heads and tell our leaders to support ceasefire and talk more than sanctions and boycotting, its not working.

The most difficult situation is that Ukraine must reclaim its land and on the other hand Ukraine must prioritize the interests of peace for all its people. I wish the best for the situation of both countries as well as other colonized countries, because many countries only focus on peace in Ukraine but other colonized countries are ignored.
The problem is that, I have read some stories about how Russia is relocating some Russians to the places that they took over. It means that there will be Russians living there who love Russia and wants that place to be Russian. So, even if they somehow take over those places, what could Ukraine do? You would have to relocate those Russians again and send them back to Russia and that is not an easy thing to do.This is a tactic of Russia for centuries now, they attack a place and before you could attack and get it back, they put citizens there who are pro-Russian and suddenly you lost it not just with a war but the people who live there do not like you anymore.

All things colonizing a country is the most heinous act of human relations, including the Israeli army killing Palestinian civilians without any defense from any country, there is no discussion on all topics, maybe many members don't bring up news of the atrocities committed in Palestine. I think for social care to all countries, we must voice peace for Palestine regardless of cultural and religious differences.
