I am doing market research for a potential project.
If there was a website you could go to daily where you would earn anywhere from 1 cent - 10 cents worth of bitcoin just for clicking a button, would you do it?
No strings attached, no deposit required. You go to the website, push a button and 5 cents is deposited into your wallet. Would you go every day and do it, or is it not worth your time?
It is more of faucet type where you have to do nothing and get paid for just clicking on ads or something like that but i would suggest that its total waste of time because you get paid very less and you have to devote a lot of time for even such small paymemts. If you have nothing to do then you can try these otherwise avoid them as they can be scam also just setup to gain your personal details and stole money from your online wallets.Be careful always.
If doing a faucet for full time, it is actually a waste of time. However, if by chance that you have another source of income, then this may be a good source just by clicking you can earn already. But still depends on the income of course, if it is like this where you can only earn 1 cent to 10 cents daily then it is not really worth it.

I will not waste time for 5 cents, it's like a faucet or paid to click, in my opinion it's a waste of time, almost all BTT users are no longer interested in faucets, except the faucet that gives high pay, not to mention the risk of data that might be stolen.

Actually if it's only about going somewhere once and clicking the button to get 5 cents then I think it's not that worth it but if you can click the button multiple times for around an hour making this amount go up in dollars then I think this option make look feasible because you can get a handsome per hour dollar rate but I don't think this would be the case. Bitcoin Faucets are not at all profitable and are sort of a fake hope created in minds of those who are determined to earn a few bitcoins. These people think faucets can change their fortune but it's really not at all possible. Instead learn a skill and try to support yourself by selling that skill and earn bitcoins by accepting the payment in bitcoin.

You are talking about a Bitcoin faucet here. When I first started with cryptocurrency in 2012, there were quite a few of them around. And I earned my first Satoshis from these faucets. Back then, the amounts looked very minuscule. However, when the exchange rates rose from $10 to $1,000 in 2013, I found that the rewards have increased greatly in value. By then the faucets were long gone, but thanks to them I had a good amount of coins in my wallet.

The situation may have changed. But back then faucets were the easiest option to get your hands on some cryptocurrency, if you are a noob. But the problem was that people soon started squeezing these faucets dry using bots and codes. Even having IP limitation was of little use, as the scammers got more innovative by the day.

Would this be a faucet type thing? Just click a button and 5 cents goes into your account? Does it have a limit per day, or is it just a daily thing?

I personally wouldn't bother wasting time on earning an extra 5 cents a day, especially with the transaction fees that comes with bitcoin (usually would be around 1 dollar for a TX). You should consider doing payouts in other coins like dogecoin, avoids transaction fees.

Most other faucets offer something like 50 dollars a month for clicking buttons, so your really scraping the bottom with these fees.
This may be something like a faucet.
And if ever, I am not gonna waste my time on such thing. Earning 5 cents a day is such a waste of time. Utility bills are much expensive than what you can earn. We should consider what we can get and what we have to pay.

Probably not, it doesn't seem worth time, but if there is script for the same, I would use.

Every big value starts from smallest value. Every bit of bitcoin is worthy. You wouldn't be able to collect and earn 1btc if it wasn't for each cents. Actually the work is easy so I wouldn't expect to receive much amount. But of course I wouldn't just stick with that work. It doesn't really take much of your time since all you have to do is to click the button. Why not grab the opportunity

It depends on how much you can get in a day, if 5 cents per day I better continue my crypto trade. 1-10 cent is a low value and not worth it, whatever it is, you definitely get some benefits from visitors. This promotion is suitable for those who want to get a lot of traffic view on the website, then place an ads.

I think people will get tired of it and I think what would be the catch on visiting and clicking on the website. A lot of scams is going on today and people are skeptical in clicking links and visiting unsecured sites. So, I doubt if a lot of people would spend their free time trying it.

I am a person who always appreciates time, I think doing it for the sake of 5 cents is less useful. We have the same life time
for 24 hours a day, it is wiser to use something more productive. Doing so will waste your life time with only 5 cents. I think
the website is faucet, and usually the minimum withdrawals are also large. So it takes a long time to be able to withdraw.
Not to mention that the website is a scam. I suggest not doing this, look for work that is worth the result.

It is an interesting question, it all depends on the type of occupations of the person, in my case, I have too many relevant activities to add a new task to my agenda for only 5 cents, even if it only takes 1 minute, the problem for me is to lose the focus of my goals, even for a short time.

There are thousands of people who love this type of activities, they are always looking for how to earn some money, even if it is little, but surely, then you will not have problems in finding people who do this work, just like with the surveys, the work is Tedious and the minimum payment.

Why don't you leave the name of the site here. People are assuming it is a faucet, is it? Yes, that is worth it. That is $0.30-$3 a month and can be sued to pay some small service.
How can a website give away so much just for a click? What is in it for them or do they just like to give bitcoins away?
Did you read his thread?

"I am doing market research for a potential project."

It's an hypothetical situation. But sites like this exist (faucets) and they are not worth. $3 a month is crazy low and you can probably get more than this with a 30 min freelancer basic photoshop or programming job.

5 cents worth of bitcoin everyday by click is a good one to accumulate bitcoin.
Even worst. $1.5 a month. How are these amounts worth anyone's time? Even faucet clickers can do close to $100 a month.

OP: Websites like this hardly make any profit these days. The ad serving websites don't give a good CPC to faucets like they did years ago.

Won't waste my time either on this site. The accumulated time that you will spend here, let's say in a month is not worth at all. One alternative way is signing up for survey sites if you do really have a lot of spare time. You can earn more money on this option. But maybe if your aim is just to collect bit of satoshis from time to time and not looking it as one way of earning extra income, this faucet will do. But on my part, will not waste my time at all on this.
But want to share my experience regarding faucets way way back. I understand dealing with different coins because of these faucets. So would actually be a good start for newbies.

No I wouldn't.  It's a waste of time in my opinion, but sadly enough there are plenty of people who would gladly waste any amount of their time to get 5 cents worth of bitcoin or even shit coins.

Faucets are basically a good gauge of what people will do for crypto, although I think it takes quite a few faucet claims to even get 5 cents.

I live in the U.S. and in one of the 'bottle bill' states, where there's a 5 cent deposit you have to pay on the bottles you buy water and soda in.  You can find returnable bottles all over the roads, and if you go for a mile long walk you can probably find at least a dollar's worth on any road that has decent traffic.  Nobody wastes their time picking up those bottles and cans except the homeless and desperate people who have no money.  I can assure you that nobody living in a civilized country would bother with faucets or any other means of earning a pittance like a nickel, even if it's crypto.

Unlimited clicks with no intervals or with interval limits? If I could spam that button, I'd happily do so because it's easy. And see if they'll really payout. But with intervals, I won't waste my time. I don't really think this sites are profitable. You might earn such small amount but the site owner who would put a lot of advertisement in the site would just gain more, exploiting your greed towards few cents to profit much more amounts from you. I always remember that time is more valuable than anything. You can't get back time, so do your thing while you have time to do so.

If it was 2009, 2010, or 2011 and I was getting 1-10 cents worth of bitcoin, then yes.  Just as it wasn't "wasting time" to learn about bitcoin and mine then for only a dollar worth of bitcoin per day.

The reward is for a statistical data collection for a project. This is fair, and even without any rewards users will help. By the time I would like to compare this with faucets which were almost the same. This is something that drains our time without any benefits. Users who have got big amount of faucets will stick to these kind of rewards as they've tasted the fruit.

Like a Paid-to-Click site? With lots of scams nowadays, it will be a tough challenge for you but I think even for a small percentage, there should be someone who will test the waters there. Obviously and technically, you will not send the payment right after it was being credited to their respective account and you will set a minimum tier for them to be able the withdrawal, well to save fees. On that reason alone, one can be tired of achieving the minimum amount to withdraw and soon they will abandon their progress.

Why not just focus on the content instead? Not with the rewards, not with the prize, not with the benefits, but anyone will go to your website if there's a useful and interesting content there. Those small rewards are just a bonus.
Yes. Sometimes we also need to look the content and understand it an not just simply considering its price. I will definitely put some of my time on it if has good essence for me but if it's there without any valid reason, i won't waste my time on it. It's really impossible that a website will just give free cents without any hidden agenda.
