Satoshi's real-life personality and profile will remain unveiled and shall become one of the greatest mysteries ever. It's totally hard to remain anonymous with this type of project that he did and it had turned the world upside down when it's already in the mainstream. Being adopted by huge financial institutions, through ETFs and their holdings, and even countries looking up to it. Someone who's in his position would love to be recognized globally as it adds to the fame that everyone wants to have but him, nah. He/she/they is good at it that until now no one knows their whereabouts and true identity. We all love satoshi, we are all for satoshi.  Smiley

Time flew far ahead sir! Your argument would have made sense if we are still in 2011-2013 due bitcoin was mostly used in darkmarkets as a payment for such illegal services (heard SRoad for the first time way back then). These days bunch of huge giant organizations, countries see bitcoin as a store of value that creates scarcity in the future and individuals have hope will create some wealth rather than hodling gold for long term which creates barriers on movement views. Some country created statue of him that signs respect and gratitude for such his revolution steps that he took way back then by anynomouly. Criticism against him things are dead now, more applause he deserves for what he has done.
I understand your point and even though I agree with you, I dare to say that the world is not a nice place. I have faith in humanity still what I have seen so far is that the people of the world are have a short term memory. They are quick to forget about the good you did, how you tried to save the world whenever they face a little discomfort. Those who hail you, and sang your praises would be the first to stir up the crowd to pick up stones against and shout "crucify him, crucify him". I may be wrong but Satoshi saw the future and I'm glad he escaped it.

By now he would have been arrested ot rather be the most wanted person in the world. Wanted by different governments for trying to collapse their economy or the world economic system. He would have been charged with manipulation, conspiracy and whatever legal jargons they would bring up.

According to Satoshi Nakamoto's profile, he was last active on this Bitcointalk forum on December 13, 2010. But he last posted on that account on December 12th. Since then, he has not logged into this forum to this day.
His account is now controlled by forum administrators due to some privacy regarding, only one can log in once while some show proof of signing those loaded genesis wallets containing bitcoins.
Satoshi’s decision to stay anonymous and also make other users of bitcoin anonymous is the greatest strength of Bitcoin. If Satoshi didn't make it so, the government would have succeeded a long time ago in banning bitcoin completely.
If there wasn't another alt coin being released, who would dare to challenge his testimony?
Sometimes, I do think if Satoshi was an angel that came from heaven to save the world from government power on our financial life, because of the way everything was planned and executed about bitcoin and his anonymity.
Adopting bitcoin over gold the wisest decision I've made when I look back, also a lesson in life we only get a one golden chance and we should be prepared to use and secure it responsibly.

And to be honest here, I think it's a massive display of intelligence by satoshi because by now, am very much certain that he would have been tired already with the kind of questions he would still be answering mostly from haters

I disagree, I don't see why some government should arrest him. What he did is not illegal, accusations like manipulation or conspiracy wouldn't last long in a court. Conspiracy against who? Every single country in the world? And manipulation of what? What does bitcoin manipulate and how?

I just saw this picture on a news channel on my telegram account, @just news to be precise, and I was like wow, 14year of staying anonymous, it might actually look easy but it's not, it's definitely easier said than done.

14 years is not a short time. Satoshi with his intelligence was able to provide something with extraordinary privacy which is reflected in his creation Bitcoin.
For me it is not an escape and it is a way to show that something done with good intentions will benefit many elements.
Questions after questions do not need to be answered either verbally or in writing. Satoshi answered with his extraordinary work.

You wrote an interesting thought. I once thought about this. Yes, sometimes you want to believe that there are people who are like angels. They bring freedom from oppression into this world. In our case, this is exactly what happened. Yes, naturally, not everything is so smooth, but still there is a positive trend. Opportunities have appeared that did not exist before all this. Now I can freely transfer money to any point in the world without any restrictions or obstacles from the state.

Satoshi Nakamoto’s final forum post on Dec. 12, 2010, and his disappearance on Dec. 13 transferred Bitcoin’s development responsibility to its decentralized community.

@just 📄

Atleast he did it successfully, it should be easier now, but the money that today's developers want to make from new projects is why they can't create something without taking home any prize, Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin for the masses to get away from centralised controls and to perfect it he made it decentralized, no one can make such sacrifice in this space like he did.

Today everyone want to be recognised as a maker of something and be there to take the credit, this is where Nakamoto is different, and that is why Bitcoin works out, the dream of Nakamoto is why countries are now adopting Bitcoin specifically.

Satoshi is a genius, his anonymity is something we all as members of the bitcoin community should carefully learn from and live by it. Furthermore, there are a few persons that I believe are playing a crucial role too in the anonymity of Satoshi till date whether dead or alive, because there's no way Satoshi would have existed without having close associates, friends and family but for 14 years now it's still a mystery about who or where Satoshi hails from. Not everyone can hold such a secret having knowledge of how much dollars he/she could make by leaking a few informations.

Yes there is definitely going to be someone who might have an hint about him and since no one actually does this then raised the question that is Satoshi actually a single person or rather an entity who came together to actually create this and named its founder Satoshi so that anyone wouldn’t get a clue as to who they are. Although my own knowledge is that he is just a person who covered his anonymity even before he got involved in this his brilliant innovations. So maybe he definitely isolated himself from the start

It might be difficult for any normal, average joe to disappear without & trace & never be seen again but Satoshi isn’t an average joe is he. He’s one of the greatest minds of our lifetime, his exit from the scene would have been well prepared, he is not going to slip up & unveil his identity, either willingly or not willingly. I would have loved to have spoken to him on the forum.
Hehe well he have is disappearance plans along side with his Bitcoin development process, infact that is part of the Bitcoin ecosystem, the Truth is always that, Satoshi did Bitcoin a lot of good by disappearing if not, Bitcoin could not have survived up to this level, this is because at some point if he is available like the owner of ethereum is, he will be facing a lot of legal and governmental crisis and be forced to interfere in Bitcoin running which at the end will kill the power of decentralization in Bitcoin at at the end bring Bitcoin to a total halt.

Satoshi traded his freedom for Bitcoin success, and freedom to act and remain decentralized, anything outside of that can result into distraction for Bitcoin.

There is a lot of questions that many will want to ask Satoshi, but the point is that, will those questions helps Bitcoin in any ways, because even at the moment, Bitcoin information is all over the Internet so most of the questions we may have want to ask Satoshi are already answered on blogs and forums.

Some say they are a group of people from a top government agency who have seen how the government is treating the people and controlling all their financial lives and decided to create something that will make a difference and give the people an alternative option not to completely replace the financial system but to have it considered if the person wants financial freedom.

He or she is not God's or angels; it's just someone who decided to think outside the box and make what others have tried doing work.

Many people have a feeling that Satoshi may be dead, but even if that is true, he did stay anonymous until the end, and i am sure he planned for it to go that way. There are only a few people like Satoshi in this world, someone who can create something like BTC and not take the glory by revealing their true identity. Satoshi's anonymity has been of huge benefit to the network and i am sure it will stay that way, if they are still alive.

It’s all part of the plan. I think the anonymity and staying behind the scenes played a good part in Bitcoin's growth to 100k. Satoshi Nakamoto’s decision to disappear after laying the foundation of Bitcoin ensured that no single person could be targeted or become a point of failure for the system.

The absence of Satoshi really is an advantage that makes Bitcoin what it is today, solidifying its credibility thanks to Satoshi’s 14 years of anonymity. By stepping away after laying the groundwork, Satoshi allowed Bitcoin to evolve as a decentralized project driven entirely by its community.

It shouldn't be hard for a dead person to stay anonymous. Smiley Satoshi foresaw the future very well when he created Bitcoin and prepared for possible problems well in advance. That's why the theories that try to find him are just theories, they can't be proven. I think if Satoshi was still alive in this time period, he would have left a trace somewhere. I think it doesn't matter anymore, the Bitcoin he created continues to spread to every aspect of life.

Maybe he is dead, you never know. Maybe that is how he has actually been able to stay anonymous for that long without anyone knowing his identity. It is possible that he did not die suddenly and maybe was diagnosed with the terminal of disease and then devoted his life towards creating Bitcoin and passed it on at the point of his death where he knew that he could no longer be in charge. I have watched too many movies, and maybe that is why I am thinking in this way, but there has definitely been benefit in him keeping his identity anonymous.
I think he was already prepared for this great day if remembrance because from what I have seen, I think he played his game well. He was able to stay anonymous till now and no one, even the great hackers that we have can not determine who Satoshi was. A great privilege he has given to this forum which has been quite active since his last writeup here many years ago. We need people like Satoshi Nakamoto who can create a remarkable landmarks that has been shocking the world till now making those people that have once criticize Bitcoin to see good reasons why they needed to buy and hold because one can easily make profits from it.

Who ever Satoshi Nakamoto is either and individual or a group he/they are very much cemented in the history of Crypto-currency forever. but I would like to correct you, yes the last time he posted here was 14years ago or there about doesn't mean he has been anonymous for 14years(based on the last time he posted here). There was never a time he wasn't anonymous. Posting on the forum does mean you aren't anonymous. For example you have posted this but I don't know who you are I just know you are a member here that makes you anonymous to me so are other members. You aren't required to give your real name or any of your documents when registering on the forum this goes to show that the forum promotes anonymity.

I quite agree with you on this in the sense that there is 100 percent possibility that the said Satoshi Nakamoto whose account they said has been  inactive in the forum for fourteen years can be one among us, posting with a different account that is not known watching and monitoring what is going on here in the forum. But however, his anonymity is a factor and fundamental function of privacy which Bitcoin represents today. Indeed, it is really causing lots of curiosity among the government body where some are seeing a light in it and others are not while it is still making it's waves across nations.
I also have this same thought about Satoshi. The fact that Satoshi chose to remain anonymous does not mean he is not monitoring what is going on both here in the forum and in the Bitcoin network in general. Yea, Satoshi might still be here amongst us in disguise, he didn't not vanish into thin air or disappear as most people would say, he just chose to hide his identity and still give room for other bitcoiners to contribute to developing the network.

Satoshi’s decision to stay anonymous and also make other users of bitcoin anonymous is the greatest strength of Bitcoin. If Satoshi didn't make it so, the government would have succeeded a long time ago in banning bitcoin completely.

When I first came into this forum, I didn’t realised he was the founder of the forum and when I knew I had to serve his name and also went through some of his posts here. I always wish I was around at the time he was still active here, even if I don’t get to interact with him, I’ll be glad I was once active the same time he was here. It has been a long fourteen years now and how everything is still working perfectly for bitcoin and its ecosystem is really amazing. His anonymity is really helping bitcoin to thrive and wherever he is now, he’ll be glad his project is still excelling.

Sometimes, I do think if Satoshi was an angel that came from heaven to save the world from government power on our financial life, because of the way everything was planned and executed about bitcoin and his anonymity. You will know that Satoshi is not a proud person/group to create bitcoin and hand it over to the community for saftey and progress of bitcoin.

He knows better why he did so, and if he was still a round till day, we may not have seen the progress bitcoin has achieved so far since its inception. I am very happy that he made this decision earlier when bitcoin was still been seen by many as a joke and something that will never become profitable in the future. It would have been hard on him now but he took the right step at the right time and that helped saved bitcoin and its ecosystem.

It is clear that this is not a very easy thing to do because after all, being anonymous is selfless and it cannot be done by everyone especially with the current conditions where we even always want to be recognized by others for our achievements.

This is not as easy as one might think because to make oneself unknown to the public ultimately takes extra effort because after all, this does not only mean that they have to hide themselves from the public but maybe they even have to be able to hide their identity from the closest people. So in the end for now I will still take my hat off to those who are still anonymous not only to Satoshi but to everyone who does it because they don't even want to be known for their achievements and prefer privacy as one of the things that must remain a secret so as not to become something bad in the future.
