Sure, but escrow simply won't help you in this case, as Paypal can still be charged back. If you really want to use an escrow and pay him the fees, we can use one. Make sure to find one who has 50-100 Trust rating and is relatively known on bitcointalk (have recent active trades)

NOTES:
- In 2018, Paypal increased their base fee to about $2-5 (depending on variables like the amount sent, location of the persons involved in the transaction etc. ), so I prefer larger trades (over $300), as it costs me the same $2-5 whether I send you $25, $50 or $300

- I will only send $USD, as for other currencies, Paypal have a very bad conversion rate, thus making me lose few more % for each transaction if I deal with other currencies ( EUR, Canadian dollars etc ). You can still receive your local currency on your Paypal account, but I'm just pointing out Paypal isn't really known for having the best exchange rate.
