"Back in the days, when F&F transactions were free on Paypal I could help you, but for quite a few months they've added a base fee for every transaction, which is 2$+, so that would mean I would lose about 10% every time I'd made a transaction for $20, even if the rate we trade at is 1:1. In conclusion, I can't do that simply because I have a better alternative locally, which would be both cheaper and faster.
For transactions that are $100+ I'll only lose about 2% in fees, which is actually quite OK compared to any other option, thus why I have a lower limit on every transaction."

@nedopuzina3 - You need to be more specific with your questions, mate. "How to use it? " doesn't make any sense if it lacks the context.

No idea, mate. Have you ever thought about sending them an email and ask them personally, instead of hijacking my thread ?A few notes:
- I'm not willing to pay any premium price. Some seller who do arbitrage trading as for 5-15% premium fee, so they're making a profit while buying/selling BTC. I'm only doing 1:1, as I can't afford to pay any % extra
- In April 2018, Paypal increased their base fee to about $4-5, so I prefer larger trades (over $100), as it costs me the same $4-5 whether I send you $25, $50 or $100

That being said, I'm online and still willing to buy BTC. Around $1300 left in Paypal
LATER EDIT: I will only send $USD, as for other currencies, Paypal have a very bad conversion rate, thus making me lose few more % for each transaction if I deal with other currencies ( EUR, Canadian dollars etc )

Hi. How much do you still have left in Paypal? How long does it take to complete the swap with you?
$700 left right now. I usually send the money once the Bitcoin transaction have 2-3 confirmations, depending on the amount ( will wait for 2 confirmations for lower amounts and 3 confirmations for higher amounts )
