I believe I am one of the lucky persons who will be assembling a litecoin rig for mr-sk. After extensive talks thru email and phone I believe we have come up with a decent solution.
The parts with come from Newegg at a cost of $1947.48 shipped. There was an agreed upon setup fee of $100. There will be some additional costs. 4x 12" PCIe risers at about $20. There will be around $30-$50 into the open air case that I am constructing.
Grand total: $2117.48
Estimated performance: 2400-2800 kh/s
Estimated ROI: 120 days
I will be offering this service to anyone interested. I have over 10 years of custom pc builds. I have excellent references both personal and thru social media. Not only will I be more than happy to build any custom system, I am offering hosting/maintenance for these as well. If interested please send me a PM or email me at [email protected]
Once the machine is up and running I will post pictures of the build process and video of the performance.

I've also been approaching about mining contracts - while they worked well in the past (~2011) I think I'd prefer to be owning / operating the equipment myself.
However, I'm not opposed to chatting.
Parts should be coming this week for the 1st rig and ordered a second this week. One will run here and one will run remote. I'll keep the thread updated w/my experience w/forum members.

I'm building two rigs, both with 4x7950s but different components.
Each is coming in around 2k.
One will run windows, the other linux. As far as location, they will probably be stored at a friend who has a cool basement and low energy costs. After burn in and tweaking that is.
Still interested in speaking to others, but the ball is moving.

If you're serious about this there's several questions people will need to know:
what's your budget?
what kind of performance are you looking for?
how hot is the room you're going to put the rigs in?
You can probably put this together yourself, it's not all that hard.

I have some already-built-and-mining rigs doing LTC, that I'd consider selling whole if the price was right.
Right now I have a quad 7950 rig running in an "open frame" with powered riser cables that makes around 2.275MH/s at the factory clocks.
I'd let it go for BTC20, shipping included within ConUS. Maybe that's a high price, but I don't really wanna sell it.

Litecoin rigs aren't necessarily complex.
I would not mind doing this for a small fee if you are local to Philly. How will you ensure that someone don't just run with your parts?
