Nope, you can still pre-order. I believe right now though there are no "goodie packages" left (first 20 pre-orders), but you will still get 5 nastyfans seats tied to the coin ( roughly 0.1BTC value). Once the coin starts shipping you'd have to buy those seats first on your own.

I like the idea behind the coin and am thinking about buying one (not right now but in the foreseeable future). I k ow I don't have much say and that the design has already been sent off but I just wanted to say that I personally like the new revised rear design over the original.

Out of the two, I like this one better.
I don't love the top half, but the bottom half is pretty nice. Reminds me a little of the Casascius hologram with different alternating sections. Out of the two pictures, I prefer the 1st one over the 2nd.
I thought the first version of the new design looked dope, especially with a mirrored proof finish as the background from the letters to NASTY. I like both new designs though, but honestly I don't have a stake in this game so my vote doesn't count. It's on my Want List though so I will get one eventually.

Here's a new rear draft I made for the artist to help guide his design. I am not an artist so I expect the end result to be better, but I wanted to let people know the direction we're heading with this.
I didn't realize folks didn't like the back design. I guess this could end up being a good thing... I've seen 2 drafts of the new back design already. It's going in a different creative direction. The original idea was to have the logo pattern go from the hologram to on the coin, but I think it didn't execute as well as it could have. The new design will be made up of larger elements as well as trying to take advantage of some new ideas that I think will make the end result much cleaner looking.

I want the coin either way, but I found the reverse to be too busy. The lettering was unnecessarily small. To monkeynuts point, the bottom ring closest to the holo was unbalanced, since it didn't have a top half. So if you were to keep the design, I'd definitely remove that 4th ring at minimum.
I would look forward to a newer, cleaner, less repetitive design. You do risk upsetting some people who made deposits, or you may gain new people who prefer the new design.
But at least you don't have to deal with demanding money back from the mint, worrying if they could handle the tiny lettering, nor worry if a new mint can do better.
I share the sentiment on the disgusting part, that mint could very well receive some bad press if they don't take this more serious.
