When I select generate addresses it counts down and then I get a failed to open page saying osx doesn't recognise addresses beginning with blob and the address in the address bar is something like blob.bitaddress.cometcetcetc

That javascript looks great but i cant seem to get it to work. I keep getting an error message because it can recognise addresses beginning with blob??

) There are 54 labels on a sheet but it would make it difficult for you to print if I cut the A4 sheet in half true :p, didn't thought about it.

I have just ordered the last 100 coins. Sorry to snatch the last but i am going to put them to good use.
Anyone got any suggestions on the sticker for the back? I know how to make key pairs but not sure how i would hide the private key.

It's a JavaScript-based PDF sheet sticker printer. I'm not sure you need to hide the private key as these low-grade coins are usually loaded with very low amount (0.01BTC).
I know there was a guy who ordered a bag or two of these too and he created very nice looking tamper proof holograms
I ordered some 29mm diameter round white labels, I wouldn't mind sending you 2-3 sheets with the coins.
