For the vanity addresses you might want to use oclvanitygen - hoping to generate even semi-vanity addresses by chance might be difficult

Bronze and brass have always sort of blended for me, I can never remember which one is Cu+Sn and which one Cu+Zn

Anyway, I wish somebody offered pure copper coins, they could look nice too.
