It has come my attention that many people only care about having a th10. I want to stress anyone can become a th10 within weeks of starting the game. But the defences will suck. With my account, you're ready for th10. You can upgrade as soon as you get the account and actually be able to be hold your own against other th10s. I'm going to offer a best and final sale price of .75 bitcoin. If I can't meet this in a week, I'll just give it to one of my nephews to upgrade to th10, then sell.
So now i see why when people sell these accounts listed by the XP (Experience Points first, then the Town Hall (TH) level.
Yes OP is correct that anyone can buy gems to reach the maximum Town Hall level, but will have no defense against raids and can only successfully attack other villages of the same XP points.

Sure SyGambler, that would be great. Thank you. A lots of blood, sweat and tears went into the game lol, its over 2 years old. Just your priorities change when you have a little one on the way. That was original plan, to Max it out with great stats and get 1 to 3k for it. No time for that now.
