80Plus Gold is def worth it if you're running 1KW farms where you have high electric costs, but the difference between a 500W Bronze->Gold PSU (even at 24/7) is around $3 a month (@15c/KW).

The pricing has been updated a little bit. The PC Power & Cooling Silencer 910w is $90 with free priority shipping, and the Cooler Master GX750w is $45, also with free priority shipping. The custom power strip is also available for $55, and you can get all 3 together for only $180 with free priority shipping!
Got the 1300W rosewill in the mail today, along with my G440 CPU and MSI Z77A-G45 mainboard. I got hard drives, memory, and vidoe cards laying around, and am in the process of building a third frankenstein. I cant wait!
Edit: I decided to redo some of my rigs while I decide what to do with my HALE90 (it's not in resellable condition, melted modular port and melted molex cable). It's currently powering a 4x5970 rig, consuming 910 watts at the wall and 2700 MHash/sec, or 2.967 Mhash/J.
