Looking for another update on ORDER #3484 (sent an email last night as well to info address)
Placed on 7 April
Was told it was being shipped out on 21 April... haven't seen anything tracking # wise or actual product.
While a partial refund was the right thing to do and good customer service, I am now extremely disappointed with how long it is taking to get my order to me!

I'm still waiting on order 3336 placed on March 24th. I would have made these myself in a few days had I known I would be waiting for 21+ days without them even being shipped--and these are not even sleeved cables. $250 negative ROI on cables I haven't received and more lost ROI for idle miners and increasing network hash rates.
Look on the bright side. You could have received a cable with reversed polarity plugs and fried your miners with that. Just saying.
that is by far the most cracked out logic to be said by anyone ever!

Jaboki, we dont have any in stock as we make them on a per job basis. We are now finally caught up all existing orders will be sent out on Monday and I will be applying a discount to them as they took a long time to get out.
All cables should go out much faster now.
If you make a cable order make sure to contact me so I can personally make sure your order gets out quicker. We get a ton of orders for other things and by contacting me it helps us expedite you order.

Ordered 21st March and nothing. Eventually got a PM with tracking number - the package got delivered to somewhere in the states (Im in Australia) so absolute shambles I know they had issues with shipping but this is ridiculous. They haven't responded to my message from a few days ago now. Very poor.

Order was received, but a slight shipping delay, weather based, can't really fault them for that.
All the cables were assembled with care and maintained a high level of quality with an attention to detail. I'd order again from them if I need more.
