To be very because of his behavior let me tell you in details
Some days ago He ask me for deal and I say ok the deal was his BTC my Skrill at 1:1 rates that time BTC rate was I think almost 9900 + and least then 10000$  so after that he decided not to deal with me so after 2 or 3 days he ask me again for deal of 370$
I said ok then he send me this msg
And he ask me for my wallet so I send him my wallet after 30 minutes of waiting I went offline I thought he again decided to not to deal with me  so I went offline
And next day I read all his msgs that he send me BTC I humbly request him that I am sorry I didn't see his msgs I was offline when he send me payment but he keep forcing me that I send him payment right now etc but I don't have access to my laptop so when I get back home I see that he keep forcing me and I have only 400$ in skrill our deal was 370 but he sent me 500+ and he was not read to wait till I got some Skrill deal you know it's my business and I daily have more then 2000$ in skrill from my customers
So I decided to send him back his BTC what he send to me so o did that only some fesses are remaining and I m ready to pay those fesses too but he is forcing me that I pay him more then what he send
And right now BTC price is up and and according for what he demande his remaining are less but I am still ready to pay his fesses but I can't pay more then what he send to me .052.........
And I don't care if BTC price goes up to 9999999999999999999$
Ask him same question what if BTC price goes up to 99999999999999999888$ so he give me back my BTC ? Coz he said he is dealing with me in $$ think it and waiting for your reply

my customer who am sending skrill to send me btc in $$$ dollars and i am refunding in dollars and he must send me back full btc dollar amount i sent him.

when my btc landed his wallet he sent out $93 to someone and then sent the rest to his exchange wallet.


this guy messed me up. i have police case already from my customer because of this.

i do not need him to pay damages.

i just want full payment of what i paid him. let me go and fix my issues with my customers.

we discussed this transaction in BTC dollar value not in BTC unit.

Edit: this will be an issue for both of you, since COINMAN1 believes he sent the entire amount and I know why he thinks this, he uses an exchanger and when the funds were received there was a fee and when he sent you your btc back he also included the sending fee in your final balance.

Hey all of you guys hold on I don't scam anyone here I am trading here for more then 1.5 years and not even a single scam I repeat not even a single scam
Some time this type of problems come into your business
Actually I was really offline when he send me BTC and next day means today when I came online at my office I see all his msgs that I am a scammer etc so I replied him that I will send him back whatever he want just give me some time till I go back home and have access to my laptop so I just come back home and send him back his BTC as he provided me his BTC addy

And one more thing he send me BTC last day at almost 9PM and it's 11 PM in my country so it's 26 hours total not 40 hours

i do not know why he has refused to send me my skrill or refund my btc.

This is a simple matter, you gave him enough time to resolve this, you should state hours remaining before he gives you your skrill/refund and if he doesn't you open a scam accusation, it's the fastest and easiest way to resolve this issue, I never thought he would throw his account away for $500, I can easily sell my account for that money without scamming.

yet he came online to say i sent when he was offline.

he saw my coin and never came online except early today he said he will fund me at 5pm pakistan time that he is in office and till now he never funded me.

its almost 11pm pakistan time.

i am still waiting for my coins.
