MoneyPot is not in the e-sports gambling industry, or even normal sports betting, my opinion on this is not biased. I would also like to point out I am not paid for posting Wink

I don't like watching people get duped, which is exactly what I am seeing here (I don't think GG's team did that intentionally). Sportsbooks typically see higher wagering volume than traditional casino games, yet this site can barely get 2 BTC in action. For comparison, the average mid level / upper level crypto casino/sportsbooks are doing a couple hundred BTC a day in action. Advertising will not change this. This site will never be profitable for investors considering the valuation people bought in at. While the site is not worthless, raising over 250 BTC for only a 10% cut is ludicrous for something that will make at most a dozen or two BTC per year.

Lol, you don't need paid advertising to get traction. Most paid advertising in the Bitcoin sector actually generates very little user growth (or at least meaningful user growth).
They aren't going for the bitcoin sector, but for the outside world of gamers. The plan is to focus the marketing campaign on them, and it's not just some paid ads on google.

Outside gamers will not be using this site. The CSGO market is already extremely crowded.
So, your point is "if it's not popular in a month, it won't be popular, ever, no matter what is done". A bit premature, in my opinion, so we'll have to agree to disagree. And it's not just CS:GO, if you didn't notice.

Not what I was saying. And I believe they have been operating for over a month including Beta. The point is that it gets harder and harder to gain traction the longer time goes on without strong gains. Another thing... Alexa ranking is far from the greatest way to judge a site... But if your Alexa ranking is over 1.5MM there is something very wrong there. Again, this project is not worthless... Its just not worth even close to the valuation it ICO'd at.

I have been paying attention to their Trello and discord meetings, it seems they haven't even done any marketing until the last week.
That being the case it's obvious to me that it will take time for them to build a user base and they said something about game servers.
I'm still waiting for them to catch up to their valuation myself but that being said this shows some real promise.

Yes, I agree that the price is aligned at around 1000 sat. But I bought on ICO and if I am not mistaken they cost me 1200 sat.

★Bitvest.io★ Play Plinko or Invest!
and then on the Yobit trade comes to a standstill, and the news is not the normal course and is moving to the bottom.

There was a hike in the price and I made the most use of it , sold it at the right and now again should buy some of the coins . No matter what , I am sure this coin will rise upto 1500 sats in coming month . So if you are trying to make profit , this is the right time to buy it . Go buy some. Now I will try betting this on gamebet.gg , lets try my luck .

We can see price stabilizing around 1000 sats . Buy more, this coin definitely has good future .

a good idea to add LIVECOIN I will vote. Adding LIVECOIN will give a good impetus to the growth of prices.

I agree that CSGO market is overcrowed right now.  I strongly believe that Blizzard's(Heroes, LOL and so on..) upcoming release (May25th) #overwatch   is going to be enormous.  My 17 year old son and I, tested OVERWATCH beta and he can't stop playing and wants to create his own team..lol  I say that GameBet should get in on this upcoming release and add it as part of the marketing strategy. "The Early Bird Gets The Worm". Reference: http://us.battle.net/en/ Go check it out!

The price per coin going anywhere?
From what i checked last night it was to 900 satoshis on yobit. That is half of what it was worth when it was introduced.
I don't know about you but that is not encouraging to keep buying these as I am retracting to do so until it shows some increase in the next couple of days.  Undecided

Well there are 2 ways to think about this (and its not half of the ico price when the ico price was around 1320 sats).  If you believe in the project, then its a good time to do some cost averaging buys.....or you dont and you let go now.  The market has many different forces so the price might go up or it might go down in the next couple of days (or trade sideways).  This has nothing to do with the project but more people speculating and playing the alt "game".  Remember though when in vesting its simple, buy when its low and sell when its high.

It does have to do with the project. Why is the sites volume so low? The time its been open is not an excuse, its been open for well over a month and still has no traction. Just from scrolling through your site, there appears to only be about 1000 GG in all of the pots combined (like 2 BTC of volume).

***with no advertising***   Grin

You can make your own choice, the beautty of life.

Great points.
I was wanting it to work and invest in it but I could never pull the trigger because of the uncertainty I felt within myself.

I wanted to give a statement on the GameBet.gg and his team.
Although I do not like the current site and I really hope the new interface, I believe enough in the potential and I see a great future. So far so tested the deposit / withdrawal in BitCoin works very well. I have lost and won some bets, but that's the life of the bets.
The team GameBet is fantastic and very helpful, always solving and trying to solve all the problems. Keep it up.

I very much hope until the end of the month all the improvements and marketing campaign and that it makes a great effect to the supporters of GBT in general, I believe that I deserve as supporters and all deserve.

Good luck to everyone.

Yes, am very impressed with the professionalism GameBet has shown.  Do we know who our main competitor is? It seems I see sites like this popping up every week! http://wageradvisorygroup.com/
