No danny here has a point my friend, while what your saying is true - it's true about any para-mutual betting system.

I'm certain steps are being taken by the devs to prevent more scenarios like this form happening, but in the meantime constantly pointing it out over 12$ sounds a lot like FUD

I'll say it again I don't think you are the biggest supporter of Gamebet but the biggest FUDDER of Gamebet. I looked at all your comments and saw it was all about 12  dollars....12 dollars to write all that crap...

I couldn't disagree more. If you're betting on anything, having the most basic and essential information is crucial. If if not, then at least only provide options that relate to the bet itself.

- Who's playing
- Best of how many matches

If any of them are wrong, then the game bet wasn't fair. I've pointed out a few games already where the "Who's playing" part was wrong, but yet I still loss.

For example, advertised Team A vs Team B, but the matchup is actually Team B vs Team C, but yet you've made bets already... and you somehow lose when the team you bet on isn't even playing because somehow it's team C instead of Team A playing. Should that count?

I don't think gamebet can claim customer negligence here if factual information wasn't provided to begin with, but rather, omitted, which benefits house greatly.

If three options are available, to bet on Team A, Team B, and a draw, then gamebet MUST inform of which choices pertain to the game, otherwise should be left out, thus preventing us from assuming. Why is it up to us to go and find out? That relies on people not finding us, thus perhaps eliminating a possible betting option, once again favoring house.

I think they have many disclaimers on the site saying you do should make informed bets, personally i use systems like reddit to be sure my bets are accurate.

That wouldn't fly in the real world nor should it fly here. I know you guys are working it out and trying to fix it, but in the meantime, it doesn't prevent this from happening as we speak and people are either losing money or not being paid money. Though there are never cases where it benefits us and you give us money. And that once again, is a double standard.

How is it fair that we're not being paid out for every game we win, but we're paying up for every game we lose? That's a house advantage by a large majority.

So I've pointed out MANY flaws that gives gamebet.gg clearly the huge advantage unethically in terms of profiting. You'll always have my benefit of the doubt, but see it from a gamber's perspective. We feel very very cheated.

Phil has a valid point like all the other points he made. The site has to cater for its customer and it is a reasonable request to have all the available info on a match at the user's fingertips satisfying the assertions of accuracy, validity, completeness and timeliness as this is what makes one site stand out from the rest. It is possible for a user to view info elsewhere and then come back to take a position. However, that wastes valuable minutes and seconds. These seconds do not matter to casual users, but they make all the difference to professional users. Wasted seconds means inconvenience to users and seconds lost means revenue lost and added up becomes a sizable amount of lost revenue. A site owner must maximize the time a user actively uses a site in order to maximize revenue. I am sure that over time the teething issues will be sorted out by the dev and people like Phil are in effect doing 100% testing and represents a professional user. Phil's requirements are therefore representative of the requirements of a professional user. Make Phil happy and you will make the majority of professional users that the dev is aiming to pull in happy.

That's not the point sir. The point is if it's best of 2 games, they should say that. By omitting that fact where we're betting, it implies that we should assume we should bet on team A or team B. It's impossible to look at a game here, then go to another site to see if it's a best of 2 match for every single game.

I agree that if you're betting on a few games a day only, then great. You have all the time in the world to confirm the matches. I'm not quite sure you're following the magnitude of issues on the site like I am.

It might not have affected you yet, but when you're betting on every game every day, this information is expected to be provided at the place you bet.

I'm not mad in any way at the developers. See it from other people's perspectives. You're not told there could be a draw and a draw option exists for every game. Doesn't it make sense for the service provider to give general information like if the game could actually end in a draw, rather than letting assume team A or B will win?

Also other cases: Team A vs Team B. You bet on Team A and they clearly won and the trophy is clearly next to Team A. But yet you were refunded your bet instead of awarded the winnings.

Is that fair to anyone? Please don't think I'm trying to "get" something out of it. I'm bringing up issues no one else can spot. Issues that are affecting us all financially on a very small scale. But this scale relies on our negligence to NOT check what I'm checking. If nothing's brought up and this continues, we'll all be losing a lot more money combined and gamebet.gg would be the people benefiting. And if no one brings it up or notices, no one would even know and this would be swept under the rug. Therefore it's my ethical obligation since I'm the one discovering this to see it through. If it's costing me, which it is, I've provided tons of examples and proofs, it's also costing everyone else too.

You Have the option To bet on A Tie. I Don't know Why you Are mad At the devs Because you Are an Uninformed Bettor.
