Don't worry about bringing up issues , if they are genuine issues then they need to be brought up and seen and then fixed , best way to get them fixed is having them noticed and mentioned .

Right now, I'm currently unavailable as I'm driving the front-end developer back to the airport, but I'd like to address the issue that was brought up in regards to matches being refunded. A refund can happen in two scenarios - a match result cannot be determined (i.e. Gosu as constantly being referenced has this issue as well) and is not posted within 12 hours of when the match was expected to be live, or if a match is rescheduled.

In the case of the League of Legends match with Detonation, yes, the results were eventually in but because it took 12 hours to get said information of who the winner was therefore our system judged the match as indeterminate (prior to actually getting the results). Typically, this will not happen for CS:GO or Sports, but may happen unocassionally for other games (i.e. Dota, League of Legends).

We'll look to address this issue further in depth on Discord and solutions to it, so please be patient until later today.

My audience is ridiculously large too and I'm so surprised I don't have any good referrals. Then I found out that where I'm advertising, which is directly in all of the games during games by voice or chat, that they can't copy / paste any links! So they just type in www.gamebet.gg, screwing me over! LOL.

I mentioned earlier that when people sign up, there should be a question asking "where did you hear about us?" and "if someone referred you... " have a box they can type in referral number.

Yeah referrals are near instant, just getting people to sign up currently is more difficult, i offered an incentive to get some sign ups , got quite a few this way , but they just don't end up playing on the platform currently , i have my own referral link fixed into my signature , have my own trade thread with over 11000 views in last week or 2 and haven't gotten a single referral from that thread yet my signature is scatter all thru the pages of that thread. Some methods of getting referrals are great, some will just end up with near zero results , if it isn't working i would suggest trying to change the method you are using to gain referrals

I dunno why some people are complaining about how you acted, you stated factual information and backed that information up with reliable data and screenshots. Don't really see the problem with how you went about it, if something is wrong i agree it needs to be checked out for the heath of the entire platform

From my understanding , they want and are planning on offering in house odds and becoming the "house" they offer odds on games and win or lose the house pays out, this is most likely how it will be when the new UI updates come out .

But as of right now its players vs players , this is where i would suspect the problem is coming from for refunds and such , we will obviously find out in the next few hours or whenever modo is back online, but from the sounds of it because of the player vs player pot aspect , some games might not be able to pay out if the other side of the bet cannot cover the bet . this is why it is happening mostly in fringe games with much lower pots , They cannot complete the bets effectively and accurately because there isn't bets placed on either side that can cover one another, so issuing of refunds or other actions are taken that are against what would normally be done.

I can't be 100% sure on this thou and is just a best guess currently with the information i know and you have provided . Positive thing is thou, when the new upgrades happen and updates and they are the house offering fixed odds, this shouldn't be a problem

Nice man! I hope you won lots those games you bet!! Most work fine. I bet on literally every single bet that's available so this frustration of having to spend hours double checking is starting to sink in.

Not refuting anything here just posting my results.  I made my first bets yesterday (nba) won 3 lost 1.  Was paid out for the wins and lost the gg for the loss (I wasn't refunded).  Seems smooth to me, but was a small sample size.  Got my nba bets in for today let's see how it goes.

Ok this is a little absurd now. I looked at only a few of my games and found 4 games already that have been paid incorrectly where I either won or lost... I can't be double and triple checking every game I bet on. So I can't bet anymore on this site for now until it's fixed. Once again, I don't have the time to go through all of my games to request refunds, but know that there are tons of games on my account and probably everyone else's too that will have major issues.

I advise everyone to go through all your games. You'll either not have been paid properly, bet on games with different teams playing as listed, were refunded when you in fact won, or sometimes it benefited you and you were refunded when you lost. These are some really big issues. Here's another picture and the last picture I post of this subject. Once again, I don't have the time to go through all my games and check them.

This one is probably LOSING gamebet.gg money and I don't want that! I'm a shareholder . You're refunding people when in fact they lost, which also implies the converse is true. Not all games, but at least some.

The website should be tested further, but NOT by actual customers who are losing money, like me.

And while writing this message, 4 games were JUST listed that I missed! DAMN IT!! I've said it before, but really... please please please work on getting these games up earlier and not last second! As of right now, I'm sitting there on gamebet.gg refreshing the page every 2 minutes because I'm fearful of missing games that's listed last second. These games are scheduled well in advanced and can be seen anywhere like gosugamers.net.

I've now discovered two ways the site's losing me money: wrong games listed so you're betting with wrong information or betting on the wrong game, and payouts aren't  right. As an investor, it's not taken lightly by me but I'm not going around insulting people! (Like someone is! )  

Sure it takes time to fix and I'm certain that it'll be, but it doesn't change the fact that this affected my time, has lost me money, and now I feel slightly cheated / have trust issues due to aforementioned.

Facts are facts and can be delivered sugar coated or not. Nothing wrong with delivering without the sugar coating. The devs must just fix it asap to customers demands.

The point is not there is an issue but the way he went about communicating it.....obviously.

He has a point and his concerns are valid. If there are issues it needs to be fixed. You cannot expect a site to be adopted and grow if the systems are not accurate. I am sure there will be teething problems, but these must be fixed if they want people to start spending big amounts on the site.

If there are issues, then put a disclaimer not to spend large amounts until the devs give the go ahead and mark it as alpha or beta or something.

On the other hand, it is not possible to do 100% testing and the only way the real issues will be detected are in the field some of which have been detected through "live testing" by people like philakone.

4) If you have a large stake in anything, you'd want to be involved as much as you can too. Big difference between supporter and potential investor. This is work. Working directly with any company if you're a potential investor is important.

If you are a supporter I suggest you shut the hell up and wait patiently for your issue to be looked at, you're not some special snowflake. Seems like you are unstable person probably on medication, your posts so far have been manic to say the least.
