You can use restore file with recover application. It will be help you to recover deleted files (even not on recycle bin)
Or you can use Recuva https://www.piriform.com/recuva
For tutorial you can check it here https://99bitcoins.com/finding-a-lost-wallet/ . Its for bitcoins but i think it will work.

Mostly scrypt wallet contain that, i already check on some scrypt wallet too, so im sure your computer will be okay since i dont have any problem for now (idk about the future)
