yes, you put bootstrap.dat to folder
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\GCoin\

I put it in the blocks folder but I don't notice any difference lol?

no no , blocks folder . put it where have wallet.dat , C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\GCoin\

I did that before but still there wasn't any difference. And I restarted my wallet. And it looks like the bootstrap is preventing the sync from completing instead of helping it.

all you need to do is rename your file to GCoin.conf - it's case-sensitive

It's not case sensitive, my .conf file is gcoin.conf and not GCoin.conf. I'm using wallet with no problems and a lot of connections.

it doesn't work, i got it to work for other coins they are all same copied code they even look the same so i know how to do it, it's just something is diferent on this coin and you can figure it out and i can't .

Try the last one. Open your wallet, click on Help on the top and after that on Debug Window, switch on Console and type this:
addnode 36.79.153.156:26320 add
and confirm with ENTER. After that, do the same with:
addnode 223.62.216.91:56588 add
addnode 223.62.216.91:39315 add
addnode 223.62.216.91:56577 add
addnode 223.62.216.91:39304 add
addnode 129.144.152.4:65477 add
addnode 62.10.160.126:53579 add
