i have also adjusted my price to 2750$ and if you buy 3 unit once a time, you will get 50$ discount on each miner

They just sold out yesterday. Lketc was a preorder a few weeks ago, dont forget.

Also, the price difference from 3000 to $2200 is huge.
if you think one miner that you are supposed to receive two weeks later at the price of 2200$(actually 2400$ because you need pay the shipment fee) is better than one miner ship out tomorrow at the price of 2800$(shipment fee included), you can wait.

You don't know if the next Bit-Tech batch of miners will still be priced at $2200 plus $150 shipping, so saying otherwise is pure speculation.

Why isn't the price of lketc miners dropping every single day? I'm sure they are mining with unsold inventory, so lketc could drop the price daily to account for mined coins and still make a nice profit.

Exactly this.

And dont forget that my first lketc Dragons were preorders. Bit tech is not preordering.
They are just sold out and they WILL have lower prices by the time of the next batch delivery.

I am sorry, I am not attacking to lketc as I am their customer ( I have 3 Dragons) but when there is no single reduction in their prices it gives bad impression.
i understand that everybody want to get miners at a low price and so do I. but my price is based on how much i need pay the lketc, and their price is based on how much they need pay the chip manufacture. if you can get one miner at a low price, you should go direct to the seller, i will do the same thing if i can find another supplier who can provide the high quality miner at lower price, but i didnot find such supplier by now.

Another company in China just offered me the Lketc-miner for 2700 US$. Given the fact that they did not have to invest any $ into developement, even this price is still too high.

Can anyone give me the link to the bit tech thread/website? $2000 for 1TH seems too good to be true.
It's $2,350

Whomever bought the last of Bit tech's units paid ~4.4BTC each.  Lketc wants 6.21 at the moment which is $2,922.71.

Can someone make me an image of the firmware from their working SD card?  It'll help you make a backup of your firmware as well.  You just need to put the SD card in a reader then use this http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/ to read the SD card to an img file (don't click write if you're backing up).

Does anybody have the firmware for the 5-card version?  I think my SD card somehow got corrupted by the RPi Sad I don't know why there's no website for firmwares.

If the price does not drop periodically (daily would be overdoing it IMO) it is clear as day that the miner is less and less profitable since it will produce a fixed amount of BTC in it's lifespan.

That's almost  a half difference in price. I wonder why would anyone sell so cheap and how do they profit from this?

Argument about manufacture cost is pointless...

The fact is what price its currently retailed for.

They're not selling it below cost.... thats for sure.

So if you cant beat that price, you will lose customers.

Yes right, but how for the same miner , Bit tech sells it for $2200??
I see a miner on their homepage selling for 3900. So where exactly - other than the closed group-buy - do you see this miner for 2200?

Sold out is not "closed" dumb ass. It means LKETC lost tons of customers. New batch will be priced even more competitive. Learn to do business or close up shop.

Hint: when your competitors sold out, and you still have tons of inventory.... you're in trouble...., and should not have a happy feeling.

Thanks for the clarification. And thank you for being such a polite member of the society. Btw: Not everybody in this board is speaking English, so pardon that I didn't understand the difference between the terms. Aber ich kann Dich auch Vollpfosten nennen. Je peux t'appeler une piece de merde. Ti chiamo stupido. Ich chann Dir au Dubbel säge.
So, now I feel better :-)
