Hey, i explained in some past giveaway what is the logic behind this. Basically if somebody has only 1 negative rating, that can mean somebody was biased or pissed of at him and gave him that rating for no reason but if somebody has more than 1-2 negative ratings that probably means he is scammer or he done something else to deserve that rating.
To be fair, it is possible that multiple people are biased or pissed off or don't fully understand the situation. I don't think scammers should be able to participate in PD giveaways though. Maybe if the person has a trade with extreme caution tag, then they should be disqualified, or at least reviewed on a case by case basis.

We will make clear rules about that in future giveaways.
I can assure you there was no favoritism about who will get it or not. I don't know you or most of the other people here.
Its just that i decided to be "fair" towards people who have only 1 negative rating since it can be subjective.
But if you get more than a couple negative ratings you are doing something wrong and this community does not like it, so we don't want to include that users in ours giveaways.
Again, sorry for not being clear about this before if you did not see post where i explained who will get disqualified.

I agree. We should just add a rule that we can disqualify anybody that we consider is abusing giveaways.
Or specific set of rules.
