I'm having a bit of trouble understanding how to count the weeks.
The first post of this topic was last edited on July 13, 2016, 07:06:21 AM, is this the start date of the week i.e. is the first week ending on July 20, 2016, 07:06:21 AM?
Does this mean that the first week ends tonight at 23:59 UTC? Or is it just a penality for users who sign up late to start counting their posts in the sencond week (before this one starts)?
It would be very helpful to know when the 1st, 2nd and 3rd week start and end.
Also, the rate is going down, so is there actually a rate per week? Meaning, a user can have a portion of the bounty even if they are not active all three weeks?

Anyone who joins past 23:59 UTC tonight posts will be counted towards next week and the rate will go down to 825 XUAR.

Its not fair to those who join very late 1st week to get paid the same as those whove been on since day 1. I also have a 25 post per weekminimum to reach and i dont want someone joining on day 6 and spamming everywhere to get 25 posts in in 1 day.
So to answer your question yes the 1st week ends on the 20th but anyone joining after the next 40 minutes will be joining at a reduced rate. There arent that many spots left after i add everyone who joined today so there will not be that many affected
