Ah, thanks for the command line example.  It just didn't occur to me, that ":" was just a literal string, despite the code-markup, and I was really surprised, how you(dooglus) could be content with that  :-) But now, it's clear!

Yes, there is no provability about the edge case.  Short of changing the algorithm itself towards including user-input, there'd be another option:  allow to bet on "edge", as well :-)  that would be a bit like roulette, where you can also bet on the green 0. Of course, betting on edge would have a much higher multiplicator, and maybe, consequentially, a lower max-bet.

Short:
001 - 099 = Heads (49%)
100 - 198 = Tails (49%)
199 - 200 = Edge (1%)

shuffle:secret = hash (SHA256)

e.g.

the  "shuffle:secret=hash(SHA256)"
didn't translate into an algorithm for me.

It's like this:

f87ae931ca0288df4b63d6dbc1ee5d02f66e3428aaef610ea17dc1c35003fc40  -

hash = sha256("$shuffle:$secret")

As far as I can tell, the shuffle and the secret are both random and unrelated.  The secret is to stop you being able to brute force the shuffle (because 200! is such a tiny number?)

This isn't provable fairness.  All it proves is that the result of the spin was decided before you bet.  It could still be that "edge" comes up more than 1% of the time, because the house is free to discard "heads" and "tails" games without ever presenting them to the player.

To make the game provably fair, the player needs to be able to influence the result by providing part of the seed that's used to generate the shuffle (like bitzino.com does).

I don't get this yet. So the shuffle is a list of numbers in range 0-199, and secret
appears to be "base62" (not -64!) encoded (that is: just digits and all letters). Is the
shuffle derived from the secret, or the secret from the shuffle? Also, no matter what
I tried so far, I haven't got it to give me the expected (hexadecimal) hash in return.
And I've tried a couple of interpretations. Also, the  "shuffle:secret=hash(SHA256)"
didn't translate into an algorithm for me.

While the games were in my favour, I didn't care, but now that I lost some mBTC
(but still much less than the generous welcome bounty!) in rather short time, I'd
at least like to be principially able to check them :-)

When are deposit-tx's supposed to show up on deposit page?

I made a deposit (after having lost what remained after my last withdraw)
and I'm not sure if I should even expect it to show up, before it is confirmed.
If it is supposed to show up instantly as "pending", then seemingly the bug of
not crediting incoming funds to accounts isn't yet fixed.

My friend wants to join this as well and claim the bonus. He just signed up an account on bitcointalk.org
And its called Lepach. He also created an account with Lepach on your site.
I am wondering if you could credit him a 0.250 Bonus if there is any spots left?

Just wondering what the max bet is? I'm thinking this could be a great platform for marginaling.
1000m฿ (will be increased step by step)
I'm surprised to see that xavoa isn't listed on mem's thread, here:

That's a bit of free advertising for you, should you want it.
Thanks dooglus, I'll have a look at this topic later.

I've deposited 0.50 BTC, it has 6 confirmations and it's still pending. Transaction ID NP1BT1Z0MSCQFTJS.
This should be solved now, I'm sorry for the delay. (I forget the fact, that some addresses are shorter than 34 characters)
I've added a bonus to your account.

Wow, you've doubled mine deposit! Thank you. I've played a bit and doubled it again. =) Awesome site. Wish you all the best. Cheers!

Wow, thank you all for your feedback.
After a slightly bumpy start, I'm now among the users. (and I've already
got the 250mBTC bonus, of which I was lucky enough to get 200 as wins.)
Congratulations.
I'm so glad there is now a coinflip-site that doesn't waste miner-fees
on one-satoshi loss-payouts. As I expected, this means, that the "edge"
can be (or rather: is) lower than e.g. for sdice.
That's true, Coinflip has a very generous 99% payout percentage (SatoshiDICE: 98.1%).
PS: there's also still a little bug: the balance in topright corner lags
behind by one (it always shows the balance I actually had just before last flip).
I'll fix it today.
Also, I agree with earlier feedback from dooglus, that imho it would be
better, if buttons (play) and entry-fields (for the wager) were visually
recognizable as being "active" elements. They could still fit the color
theme, just have a slightly lighter frame around them...
I'm sure I'll find a nice-looking solution for the "buttons".
The play now button should be a button.
Technically it's already a button, but I know what you mean, I'll make some improvements.
I received the 250 MB bonus, and end up withdrawing 0.3 BTC  Smiley
Nice.
I like this in a way, because there is no fee for keep on playing.
You should make an identical clone to satoshidice,
And I deposit an amount, and make bets of 0.0001 BTC
while avoiding satoshodice fees.

As there fee is a double whammy, I send 0.1, and 0.0005 deducted
from both sides for 0.001, and that adds up over multiple bets.

On your site it can be a one time thing, and hugely reduce the fees.

And if you put in a 99% house edge. I am sure that a lot of people
will switch from satoshidice to your site.

Best regards
Lightlord
Thanks, but I think it's still too early to compare XAVOA and SatoshiDICE.
Amazing fast site. Thanks God there's no any big images, animations, that's why XAVOA rocks.
I'm planning to add some animations (with the option to disable it).
Got the 0.25 BTC as signup bonus (thanks admin!), won a bit and got an instant withdraw. I've played so many btc gambling sites, this one currently it's my fav. Cheers! :-)
Thank you.
EDIT:
How many confirmations required to turn deposit to active?
Usually, the status should change into "FINISHED" after 1 confirmation.
I've deposited 0.50 BTC, it has 6 confirmations and it's still pending. Transaction ID NP1BT1Z0MSCQFTJS.
