There are other pairs with poorer volume than XBC. They say they are delisting due to performance.The new 2.7 version based on Bitcoin 0.13 which is almost completed.We'd be in RC1 if not for SMsg and Dandelion, that's how close we are.
To do this to us at this stage is fucking low.

I had my fun with this coin about a year ago...thought it would never lose Poloniex...but when Polo sold its shares to Circle, maybe some agreements didn't carry over?

Working on Secure Messaging relaying now.The goal is to get 2.7 to relay messages so 2.6 clients still can use secure message when connected via 2.7 clients.

What does that mean?
are we having a hard fork for the segwit?
No hard fork.It means its running successfully on a testing/closed envoirnment.
Yes hopefully soon.
Segregated Witness and CHECKSEQUENCEVERIFY are now both enabled on testnet, blocks are minting and transactions are still sending as expected.Once testing is successful then all will be pushed onto the public github repository and new clients will be released.
Segwit is now locked in on testnet.
