Nope, I'm now a member. My activity increases with my post count ever 30 minutes because my account is over a year old. I have had this account and posted every once in a while with it for some time. I just don't post a lot. Remember activity = min(t*14, post-count). t can only increase every 2 weeks, but post count is updated immediately. Activity is updated ever 30 minutes.

Oh I just realized that there's a 25 person limit. I'm surprised that the OP didn't say X jr spots, Y member spots, Z sr member spots, etc. It's probable that he's going to end up with all 25 people being jr members.
