probably you can use him people here are already fed up with signature campaign with higher rates and get fucked up in the end i will recomend to use an escrow as you have nothing to lose if you contracted one and to prove that you are legit somehow a month or two woudnt hurt i guess as people now need some sort of 'security' for what they are doing regarding of your offer

I'd wait for confirmation on those things. I know Stunna promised a rise in rates but since then the main competitor that was Ritz dropped out of the race and one of the other high-paying deals has had lots of problems with payments and dozens of users have since signed up to PD, so he may not increase the rates for those reasons.

Yes, if he using escrow, even with this rate, considering FXO is already full and UpDown had some problem, it'll be best at the moment.
