Let me ask a theoretical question. Crypti is getting a smart contract (SC) capability in the future, right? And those SCs need information scraped from somewhere to make a decision on what to do. So...will the Crypti version run by the Forging Delegates start to incorporate SC modules that scrape various websites and databases for information, and release certain chinks of information upon request to dapps that ask for it? Or will the dapps be required to get SC decision information themselves? Or both? What is the Crypti vision for SC decision data?
Mal,, things are real quiet around here on Saturdays. Its the Sabbath in Israel and the weekend for everyone else.
Short answer: Your question s answered in the White Paper, that will be released this week. It takes two pages to explain how Dapps work.
Long answer: The Dapp developer/owner may need to have a Dapp Master node to manage his Dapp. Dapps will run on the Crypti VM. The VM will use a API to communicate with the main block chain. If a Dapp needs outside information, such as the NASDAQ average, it will need to use an API or some other automatic or manual method of getting the needed information. Dapps may need to pay active delegates for forging as well.
