Privacy is more like an euphemism. so for psychological reasons I would go with it. Anonymity as more illegal connotations associated with it 
Yes.. if you could put privacy in a bottle and sell it .. in this day and age it would sell. Just like water. This is why XC - Privacy Platform will be highly valued. We need marketing though for sure and the coin needs to get a few more releases before going mainstream like that

That logo seriously kicks ass!! I also like the tagline "Privacy Platform" so much better than using the word "anonymous" As I see it, "privacy" is a necessity for everyone, whereas being "anonymous" is only important for crooks. I realise it's all semantics, but kudos for these adjustments.
People are learning they need to HIGHLY VALUE privacy. Especially in the day and age where it is now well known that Privacy has been stripped from citizens...corporations are hijacking your identities and habits and selling them for profits, governments are snooping on your convos and emails and have violated your rights.

Yes... definitely anonymous sounds dark and EVIL... even hearing it makes you sound trollish and criminal already... almost like instamining half the coins on launch day or something....

The logo should say "XC - Anonymous Platform" not " Flexible Currency" - XC is much more than just a currency... a whole suite of apps will be built ontop of XC...its not just for money
I think we should avoid the word "anonymous". I don't think it's good marketing wise. Secure might be better. Privacy is a good word too.Privacy shows that we are taking something rightfully ours.
Anonymous sounds like we have something to hide.
Ya "flexible currecy" does not do XC justice.
We need to find better wording.
But other than that, It's a damn awsome logo.

when will the marketing offensive start? i think XC is relatively unkown and without creating more awareness in the crypto scene there will be no rise in value.
also posting time schedules with eta for features would be nice. Posting stuff in this thread is not very helpfull because nobody will read through hundreds of pages to filter out announces.
