What do you mean? Please, explain your issue.
It is impossible to transfer coins to any of the accounts
1. Try smaller amounts. E.G. if you want to transfer 30 000 XDN, please make 3 x 10000 XDN transactions.
2. If you transaction is not included in blockchain for a long time, please, backup-restore your .keys.

DarkNote is much more progressive coin then DarkCoin, because XDN DarkNote has True anonymity in its core (all cryptonote features) and now XDN has anonymous encrypted untraceable messages (XDN only feature), please, read the DarkNote whitepaper:

I had some ducknotes 
let's see what happened to them
edit: I named my wallet as "wallet.dat" now gui wallet doesn't recognize it's extension

XDN = duckNote = DarkNote. You can use your DarkNote address and duckNote address, because it is the same stuff.
