Lol ? What a pile of shit this is ... what is his reason ? Monero is not money? WTF Monero is the ONLY MONEY. It's the only fungible coin. Demand gives sth a price. If monero was about to be banned it still would have value in the dark markets, a way lower value than now ... but still value ... so alone "Monero is not money" is a very stupid point.

No I also blame the exchanges, wallet providers for that bug ... why rely solely on get_transfers when you could have double checked it with the actual balance like ( incoming transfer ok - does it add with the balance ok -> money deposit succesful... i mean it is a lot of money ^^
True, they should have balance checkers, you would have thought that was already in place for basic double spend checks. The entire thing was the least professional response I have seen. But then again all other responses have been extremely professional so it's pretty easy not to hit that bar. Exchanges that fell for this have shit opsec.

Monero is one of the major currencies listed on top in the market but due to the long bearish season, monero looks to be more deflated than before as it falls down to 100$ now from almost reaching 500$ last January. If there is really a bull run that's going to happen this year, there's a possibility too that monero can reach back at 400$ this year too.

Monero is one of my favorite projects. Because Blockchain is a project that works for its purpose. Secrecy is very important. Perhaps in the future may be daily use.

I believe that this project can wait for a huge success, you just need to wait for ToTheMoon, I think it will be only in 2019. How to endure to this point.

Monero has a real world use, not a morally good one but it is profitable. With this in mind speculation is that it is going to continue to rise. The dark markets will always be there and people will always use it

What is from last year exactly? Link DeRose is posting was updated 5 days ago. Last update: 15.10.18 But is Listing: ~23 Live Markets & Vendor Shops! So I dont really see any that valuable information. Maybe should dig deeper in information's listed there. I remember one guy did really good overview like half year ago.
When did that happen? Monero has quite a bad track record when it comes to vulnerabilities and bugs, how about Dash...?

As your an old-timer you should know that there have been atleast one or two "sporks" ( ridicolous that this can even exist, talk about centralised ) in the past... preaching to the clueless here.
